בס "ד

LaLong ago, G‑d stood on Mount Sinai. He gave the Torah to the people. This was not only for the Jews, but for the whole world.

Everyone heard G‑d in their own language. His words were so beautiful that people’s hearts felt light, almost as if they could fly. But G‑d brought them safely back to the ground.

The Torah gives life and joy. Those who follow the Torah feel strong and happy.

The Jews received many commandments. Other people received seven important rules: the Seven Noahide Laws. Whoever follows these rules is a good person and will have a place in the world to come.

The seven laws are:

  1. Believe in G‑d
  2. Do not make other gods
  3. Be honest
  4. Do not harm others
  5. Be faithful
  6. Help others
  7. Do what is fair

An example: Imagine you have a box of balloons. If you take good care of the balloons, they float happily and make everyone smile. It’s the same with these seven rules: those who follow them become happy and bring happiness to others.

The Torah and the seven laws are a great gift from G‑d. Those who follow them feel the light and strength of G‑d and will have a place in the world to come.
