Mose 33,38 \u2013 Es gibt Ordnung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rosh Chodesh of Av.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this day, Moses&#8217; brother, Aaron the High Priest passed away (Numbers 33:38).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the month of Av, great tragedies took place in Jewish history, including the destruction of both the 1st and 2nd holy Temples in Jerusalem on the 9th of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An <a><\/a>the 9th of Av we read the book of Eicha &#8211; Lamentations. Most of this book is composed in alphabetical order. The first letter of each verse progressing according to the Hebrew alphabet. The name of the month Av itself is also the first two letters of the Hebrew alphabet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When tragedy strikes, we often feel that life is chaotic and random. The lesson of Av and Eicha is that there is order to life and order to history.
