Moses&#039; Reaktion war: \u201cUnd er sprach zu dem B\u00f6sen: \u201dWarum schl\u00e4gst du deinen N\u00e4chsten?\u2019\u201c Das Wort \u2018schlagen' in der Zukunftsform deutet darauf hin, dass der Mann seinen N\u00e4chsten noch nicht geschlagen hatte und dennoch bereits als \u201db\u00f6se\u2018 bezeichnet wird. Tats\u00e4chlich lehrt die Tora (Sanhedrin 58b) daraus, dass \u2019wer die Hand gegen seinen N\u00e4chsten erhebt, selbst wenn er ihn noch nicht geschlagen hat, als b\u00f6se gilt\u2018. Wir k\u00f6nnen das Erheben der Hand als den Beginn des Schlagens verstehen. Das ist das Neue daran: Schon der Beginn des Schlagens f\u00fchrt dazu, dass jemand als \u2019b\u00f6se\u201c bezeichnet wird.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Behauptung, die Person werde als \u2018b\u00f6se\u2019 bezeichnet, beruht jedoch nicht nur auf dem Schaden und Leid, das der geschlagenen Person sp\u00e4ter zugef\u00fcgt wird, sondern auf der Person selbst: Jemand, der die Hand gegen seinen Mitmenschen erhebt, selbst wenn es nicht zu einem tats\u00e4chlichen Schlag kommt und selbst wenn der andere noch keinen Schmerz oder Schaden erlitten hat \u2013 allein die Tatsache, dass eine Person die Hand erhebt, spiegelt ein bestimmtes Verhalten und eine schlechte Charaktereigenschaft wider, n\u00e4mlich eine negative Neigung, und deshalb wird sie als \u2018b\u00f6se\u2019 bezeichnet.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir m\u00fcssen erkl\u00e4ren, warum das Heben der Hand ausdr\u00fccklich verboten ist. Der Sinn der menschlichen Existenz liegt darin, \u201cunserem Sch\u00f6pfer zu dienen\u201d, dem unendlichen Sch\u00f6pfer zu dienen, indem wir alle Glieder unseres K\u00f6rpers dem Herrn zur Seite stellen. Die Hand symbolisiert das Geben, und das ist ihre Hauptfunktion: N\u00e4chstenliebe zu \u00fcben, G\u00fcte zu zeigen und anderen zu helfen, die Gebote (Mitzwot) zu erf\u00fcllen. Wenn diese Hand zu einer v\u00f6llig gegenteiligen Handlung erhoben wird \u2013 um einen anderen zu schlagen \u2013, liegt darin eine schwere S\u00fcnde, denn dadurch verkehrt der Mensch die Funktion der Hand vom positiven ins negative Extrem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses Thema ist auch f\u00fcr Noachiden relevant. Zu den Sieben Geboten Noahs geh\u00f6rt das Verbot, andere zu schlagen. Wer einen anderen verletzt, ist verpflichtet, das Opfer auf vielf\u00e4ltige Weise zu entsch\u00e4digen, unter anderem durch die f\u00fcnf in der Tora genannten Aspekte: Schadensersatz, Schmerzensgeld, Kosten f\u00fcr medizinische Behandlung, Verdienstausfall und Entsch\u00e4digung f\u00fcr erlittene Scham (Ramban Genesis 34,13). Daher m\u00fcssen Gerichte weltweit dieses Gesetz anwenden und durchsetzen, um die weltweit zunehmende Gewalt einzud\u00e4mmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daraus k\u00f6nnen wir lernen, wie wertvoll es ist, sich aktiv f\u00fcr andere einzusetzen \u2013 im Sinne von Gewohnheit und Natur.
