W\u00e4hrend die einfache Bedeutung dieses Gebots besagt, dass man jemandem, der nicht sehen kann, kein physisches Hindernis in den Weg legen darf, geht die Auslegung der Weisen dar\u00fcber hinaus, dass man jemanden, der im \u00fcbertragenen Sinne \u201cblind\u201d ist \u2013 also jemanden, der in einer bestimmten Angelegenheit unwissend ist oder ihm das Wissen fehlt \u2013, nicht irref\u00fchren oder ihm sch\u00e4dliche Ratschl\u00e4ge geben darf. Dies kann in Bereichen des Religionsrechts, bei der Anstiftung zum G\u00f6tzendienst, im Gesch\u00e4ftsleben oder in jeder Situation gelten, in der jemand die Unwissenheit eines anderen ausnutzt, um ihm Schaden zuzuf\u00fcgen oder ihn in die Irre zu f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Gebot \u201cDu sollst vor einen Blinden keinen Ansto\u00df geben\u201d ist ein spezifisches Gebot f\u00fcr das j\u00fcdische Volk. Raschi, der bedeutende Kommentator, erkl\u00e4rt, dass die Tora in jeder Situation, in der eine Handlung von der inneren Absicht einer Person abh\u00e4ngt und andere diese nicht erkennen k\u00f6nnen, Gottesfurcht gebietet. Dies soll sicherstellen, dass die Person integer und himmelsfurcht handelt und die fehlende menschliche Kontrolle nicht f\u00fcr negative Zwecke ausnutzt. Da dies eine logische Verpflichtung ist, gilt sie auch f\u00fcr Noachiden. Es ist verboten, einem Noachiden irref\u00fchrende Ratschl\u00e4ge zu geben, die zu einem konkreten Schaden oder Verlust f\u00fchren (z. B. finanzielle Verluste im Gesch\u00e4ftsverkehr, Verf\u00fchrung zum Glauben an falsche G\u00f6tter). Dies gilt f\u00fcr jeden gem\u00e4\u00df dem allgemeinen Gebot, Diebstahl zu vermeiden und keinen Schaden zuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den Sieben Noachidischen Geboten geh\u00f6rt die Pflicht, Gesetze und Gerichte (Dinim) einzurichten. Auch irref\u00fchrende Ratschl\u00e4ge zu erteilen oder jemanden so zu t\u00e4uschen, dass dadurch konkreter Schaden entsteht, f\u00e4llt unter das Gebot der Dinim (Einrichtung gerechter Gerichte), um eine gerechte Gesellschaft zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Der allgemeine Wert, keinen Schaden durch T\u00e4uschung, insbesondere keinen konkreten Schaden, zuzuf\u00fcgen, ist sowohl f\u00fcr Juden als auch f\u00fcr Noachiden verboten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im weiteren Sinne bedeutet Gerechtigkeit zu wahren, falsche Taten zu verneinen und Gottes absolute Einheit in der Sch\u00f6pfung aktiv zu offenbaren. Gerechtigkeit in der Welt zu verwirklichen, spiegelt seine Herrschaft wider und bringt Harmonie. Alles, was existiert \u2013 der gesamte Kosmos, alle Gesch\u00f6pfe, jeder Augenblick, jedes Ph\u00e4nomen \u2013 wird durch seinen Willen best\u00e4ndig aus dem absoluten Nichts ins Dasein gerufen und ist vollkommen von ihm abh\u00e4ngig. Eine gerechte und geordnete Welt zu erhalten, wie es die sieben noachidischen Gebote fordern (zu denen auch das Verbot von Diebstahl und Betrug, die zu greifbarem Schaden f\u00fchren, geh\u00f6rt), bedeutet ebenfalls, Gottes Einheit anzuerkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle: Rabbi Yonatan Steif, Mitzvot HaShem, Seite 488.
