Darin befiehlt Gott Abram, sein Heimatland zu verlassen und in ein Land zu ziehen, das er ihm zeigen wird: \u201cGeh aus deinem Land, aus deiner Heimat und aus dem Haus deines Vaters in das Land, das ich dir zeigen werde\u201d (Genesis 12,1). Abrams Gehorsam zeugt von Glauben und Vertrauen in Gottes Verhei\u00dfungen, selbst ohne den genauen Ausgang zu kennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach Abrams gro\u00dfem Sieg \u00fcber die vier K\u00f6nige sprach Haschem zu ihm: \u201cF\u00fcrchte dich nicht, Abram \u2026 dein Lohn wird sehr gro\u00df sein.\u201d Raschi erkl\u00e4rt, dass Abram bef\u00fcrchtete, seinen Lohn f\u00fcr all seine Gerechtigkeit bereits erhalten zu haben. Daraufhin versicherte ihm Gott: \u201cWas dich beunruhigt \u2013 dein Lohn ist sehr gro\u00df.\u201d Es ist klar, dass Abram seinem Sch\u00f6pfer rein und aus Liebe diente, allein um des Himmels willen. Wie konnte es dann sein, dass Abraham sich so sehr um seinen Lohn sorgte, dass Gott ihn beruhigen musste?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Antwort liegt darin, dass Abram sich selbst als Staub und Asche betrachtete \u2013 er sah sich nicht als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Wesen, sondern als Gef\u00e4\u00df in Gottes Hand, dessen einziger Zweck darin bestand, Gottes Namen in der Welt zu verk\u00fcnden. Dies erkl\u00e4rt Abrahams Sorge um seinen Lohn. Er wollte belohnt werden, damit andere erkennen w\u00fcrden, dass der Glaube an Gott der wahre Weg ist. Abrahams Sorge galt nicht ihm selbst, sondern der Ehre des Himmels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6ttliche Belohnung kann sich auf vielf\u00e4ltige Weise ausdr\u00fccken. Sie kann materiellen Wohlstand, Reichtum, Erfolg im Familienleben oder ewige spirituelle Belohnung im Jenseits bedeuten. Der Sch\u00f6pfer hat die Welt erschaffen, um seinen Gesch\u00f6pfen Gutes zu tun, und das Wesen des h\u00f6chsten Guten besteht darin, Gutes zu tun. Es gibt jedoch eine h\u00f6here Ebene: Gott um des Himmels willen zu dienen, ohne eine pers\u00f6nliche Belohnung zu erwarten. Dies ist eine h\u00f6here Stufe des Dienens an Haschem, und wer dient, ohne eine Belohnung zu erwarten, dessen Lohn ist unendlich viel gr\u00f6\u00dfer als der, der um der Belohnung willen dient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abraham, der gegen den weit verbreiteten G\u00f6tzendienst seiner Zeit k\u00e4mpfte, war nicht sehr beliebt. Er wurde von Nimrod, dem m\u00e4chtigsten K\u00f6nig seiner Generation, bedroht. Dennoch unterwies er aktiv und bekehrte Zehntausende von Menschen zum Glauben an den einen Gott.<br>Abraham besa\u00df ein tiefes Wissen \u00fcber Gott. Er erlangte eine tiefe Einsicht in die unendliche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Sch\u00f6pfers und die Erkenntnis, dass alles Sein ohne ihn leer ist. Abraham erkannte, dass Gott die einzige wahre Realit\u00e4t ist. Dieses Wissen gab er an Zehntausende seiner J\u00fcnger weiter.
