In der Parascha Mischpatim lehrt uns Haschem, wie wir eine gute und gerechte Welt aufbauen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Tora sagt etwas ganz Besonderes:
Wenn zwei Personen einen Streit haben und einen Richter anrufen, darf der Richter nicht jemanden nur deshalb ausw\u00e4hlen, weil er arm ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das mag etwas seltsam klingen. Sollten wir nicht eigentlich freundlich zu armen Menschen sein?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ja, wir sollten unbedingt Menschen in Not helfen. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sind sehr wichtig. Doch vor Gericht darf der Richter nur die Wahrheit beurteilen. Nicht, wer reich ist. Nicht, wer arm ist. Nur die Wahrheit z\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stellen Sie sich vor, jemand zerst\u00f6rt etwas, das jemand anderem geh\u00f6rt. Der Richter muss entscheiden, wer es wirklich getan hat. Selbst wenn derjenige, der es zerst\u00f6rt hat, arm ist, muss der Richter dennoch ehrlich und fair urteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Tora lehrt uns:
W\u00e4hle nicht den Starken, nur weil er stark ist.
W\u00e4hle nicht den Schwachen, nur weil er schwach ist.
W\u00e4hle das Richtige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn alle gerecht und wahrhaftig sind, wird die Welt zu einem sicheren und friedlichen Ort. Und genau das w\u00fcnscht sich Haschem von uns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
