Most of this book is composed in alphabetical order. The first letter of each verse progressing according to the Hebrew alphabet. The name of the month Av itself is also the first two letters of the Hebrew alphabet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When tragedy strikes, we often feel that life is chaotic and random. The lesson of Av and Eicha is that there is order to life and order to history.
