Se refiere a hablar mal de los dem\u00e1s, lo cual no solo perjudica a la persona de la que se habla, sino tambi\u00e9n al propio hablante. Ejemplos:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Da\u00f1o f\u00edsico<\/strong>:Dirige a un atacante al escondite de su v\u00edctima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Da\u00f1o financiero<\/strong>:Compartes informaci\u00f3n que provoca que alguien pierda un trato comercial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Da\u00f1o emocional<\/strong>:Difundes informaci\u00f3n personal que le causa dolor a alguien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Discurso despectivo<\/strong>Son comentarios que menosprecian a alguien, como llamarlo est\u00fapido, feo o incompetente. Aunque no causen da\u00f1o directo, se consideran prohibidos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Maim\u00f3nides, un gran erudito jud\u00edo, explica que el lenguaje da\u00f1ino y el despectivo pueden existir independientemente. Por ejemplo, el lenguaje puede ser da\u00f1ino sin ser despectivo, como revelar el escondite de alguien. Y el lenguaje puede ser despectivo sin ser directamente da\u00f1ino, como hacer comentarios negativos sobre una celebridad que nunca los escuchar\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prohibici\u00f3n de <em>lashon hara<\/em> Va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de causar da\u00f1o. Incluso si la persona de la que hablas nunca sufre da\u00f1o alguno, sigue estando prohibido. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque el lenguaje negativo contamina la atm\u00f3sfera moral y espiritual, tanto del que habla como del que escucha. El rabino Jonah, un importante pensador jud\u00edo, enfatiza en su libro <em>Sha&#039;arei Teshuv\u00e1<\/em> (Puertas del Arrepentimiento) que nuestras palabras reflejen nuestro estado interior y tengan un impacto en el mundo, aunque no sea inmediatamente visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El rabino Jon\u00e1s de Gerondi es mi h\u00e9roe por su valent\u00eda al admitir sus errores. Tras la quema de los libros de Maim\u00f3nides por parte de las autoridades cristianas en Francia, el rabino Jon\u00e1s reconoci\u00f3 que sus cr\u00edticas a Maim\u00f3nides eran un error y dedic\u00f3 su vida al arrepentimiento. Escribi\u00f3 <em>Sha&#039;arei Teshuv\u00e1<\/em>, donde enfatiz\u00f3 el da\u00f1o que causa el discurso negativo. &quot;Las moscas siempre se posan en lugares sucios&quot;, dijo. Hay personas que son como las moscas: buscan la suciedad en los dem\u00e1s, pero solo se ensucian ellas mismas. Intentemos ser como las abejas: buscar el bien y convertirlo en algo dulce, para nosotros y para el mundo que nos rodea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El lenguaje negativo, ya sea da\u00f1ino o despectivo, debe evitarse. Aprender a controlar nuestras palabras no solo es esencial para una buena vida en este mundo, sino tambi\u00e9n para nuestro crecimiento espiritual. En lecciones futuras, profundizaremos en las circunstancias en las que hablar es necesario para el bienestar de los dem\u00e1s o de la sociedad. Pero por ahora, el enfoque est\u00e1 en cuidar nuestra lengua y construir un mundo positivo a trav\u00e9s de nuestras palabras.
