FUNDAMENTOS DE LA FE \u2013 11 NO PROFUNDIZAR EN EL ESTUDIO DE PARTES DE LA TOR\u00c1 QUE NO PERTENECEN AL C\u00d3DIGO NO\u00c9JIDO.1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A menudo existe confusi\u00f3n entre los no jud\u00edos sobre qu\u00e9 pueden o no leer y estudiar de la Tor\u00e1. La idea de que no pueden leer partes de la Tor\u00e1 que no se relacionan directamente con el C\u00f3digo No\u00e1jida surge de una interpretaci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea del t\u00e9rmino "profundizar". Aclaremos este malentendido y expliquemos qu\u00e9 partes de la Tor\u00e1 pueden leer y estudiar los no jud\u00edos, y qu\u00e9 significa "profundizar".\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los no jud\u00edos pueden leer la Tor\u00e1 completa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A los no jud\u00edos se les permite leer los 24 libros del Tanaj (la Biblia hebrea, incluyendo la Tor\u00e1, los Profetas y los Escritos). Esto tambi\u00e9n incluye comentarios que explican el significado directo del texto, como los de los renombrados comentaristas Rashi, Sforno e Ibn Ezra, para comprender correctamente los vers\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto lo aprendemos de Rambam (Maim\u00f3nides) en Leyes del Rollo de la Tor\u00e1<\/a> 10:8<\/em>, donde afirma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUn gentil puede sostener un rollo de la Tor\u00e1 y leer de \u00e9l\u201d.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esto demuestra que no hay ninguna prohibici\u00f3n de leer los textos en s\u00ed, siempre que el enfoque se centre en comprender su Peshat, el significado simple y literal. El Peshat se refiere a la interpretaci\u00f3n directa de un texto, sin ahondar en explicaciones m\u00edsticas. \u201cEsto es aprender \u00fanicamente con el prop\u00f3sito de adquirir conocimiento de la Tor\u00e1. Esto implica una profunda dedicaci\u00f3n al estudio y un aprendizaje profundo e investigativo. Esto incluye aprender a comprender a fondo las leyes detalladas de la Tor\u00e1, las razones m\u00e1s profundas de los mandamientos o la profundidad de la intenci\u00f3n de las palabras de las Escrituras y el Talmud, y no con ning\u00fan otro objetivo.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es fundamental comprender que esta forma de estudio profundo est\u00e1 destinada al pueblo jud\u00edo, que recibi\u00f3 la Tor\u00e1 como herencia de Dios. Rambam (Leyes de los Reyes 10:9) aclara:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo pueden ahondar en nada m\u00e1s que sus\u2026 Mandamientos No\u00e1jidas.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, Rambam tambi\u00e9n deja claro que los no jud\u00edos debe<\/strong> Estudiar profundamente el C\u00f3digo No\u00e1jida para cumplir debidamente con sus obligaciones. Como afirma en Rambam, Leyes de los Reyes 10:1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La distinci\u00f3n radica en la C\u00f3digo No\u00e9jida<\/strong>, Los siete mandamientos que obligan a los no jud\u00edos a seguir las leyes morales universales. Se les exige que comprendan plenamente estos mandamientos y que profundicen en su estudio. Esto incluye explorar obligaciones l\u00f3gicas como dar caridad u honrar a los padres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, no pueden profundizar en las partes de la Tor\u00e1 que pertenecen a las 613 mitzvot, que son vinculantes exclusivamente para el pueblo jud\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pueblo jud\u00edo tiene la tarea de comprender los significados m\u00e1s profundos y las dimensiones m\u00edsticas de la Tor\u00e1. Los no jud\u00edos, por otro lado, tienen la responsabilidad de seguir el C\u00f3digo No\u00e1jida, que gu\u00eda sus obligaciones \u00e9ticas y espirituales. No pueden profundizar en aspectos m\u00edsticos o profundos destinados exclusivamente al pueblo jud\u00edo. Es esencial que los no jud\u00edos comprendan plenamente el C\u00f3digo No\u00e1jida y profundicen en su estudio, absteni\u00e9ndose de analizar las complejas leyes jud\u00edas que no les conciernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es importante se\u00f1alar que los jud\u00edos tienen el mandamiento espec\u00edfico de estudiar la Tor\u00e1 por s\u00ed misma, no solo para adquirir conocimiento pr\u00e1ctico de los mandamientos. Esto se considera su "herencia" y una obligaci\u00f3n espiritual. Los no jud\u00edos no tienen tal mandamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este enfoque garantiza que los no jud\u00edos desarrollen una comprensi\u00f3n clara y pr\u00e1ctica de sus responsabilidades espirituales, respetando al mismo tiempo la relaci\u00f3n \u00fanica entre el pueblo jud\u00edo y la Tor\u00e1. Al mantener esta distinci\u00f3n, cada grupo puede cumplir con sus respectivos roles y obligaciones de una manera que se alinee con su relaci\u00f3n \u00fanica con las ense\u00f1anzas divinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
