C\u00f3mo empezar a contemplar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenzar <strong>peque\u00f1o<\/strong>.<br>Toma solo <strong>15 segundos<\/strong> Un d\u00eda para reflexionar profundamente sobre una idea, como la grandeza de Dios o la belleza de la creaci\u00f3n. Usa un cron\u00f3metro si es necesario. Una obra cl\u00e1sica jud\u00eda: Deberes del coraz\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En <em>Jovot HaLevavot<\/em>, El rabino Bahya ibn Paquda (siglo XI) explica que muchas personas <strong>no contemples<\/strong> Porque est\u00e1n distra\u00eddos por el mundo f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9l escribe: <em>\u201cHasta las piedras bajo tus pies preguntan: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 me pisas? La estructura de la mente seg\u00fan el jasidismo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra mente funciona en tres etapas principales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chokhmah (Sabidur\u00eda)<\/strong> \u2013 el primer destello de intuici\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Binah (Entendimiento)<\/strong> \u2013 desarrollar y analizar la idea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Da&#039;at (Conexi\u00f3n)<\/strong> \u2013 internalizar emocionalmente la idea para que te conmueva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizamos este mismo proceso para contemplar a Dios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cDios es grande.\u201d<\/em> (Chokhmah)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? \u00bfQu\u00e9 ha hecho?\u201d<\/em> (Binah)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto para m\u00ed?\u201d<\/em> (Daat)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuanto m\u00e1s profunda sea la comprensi\u00f3n, m\u00e1s profundo ser\u00e1 el sentimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es Dios tan grande?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No es solo que \u00c9l cre\u00f3 el universo, es <strong>c\u00f3mo<\/strong>.<br>Nuestros sabios ense\u00f1an que Dios cre\u00f3 este mundo entero con <strong>s\u00f3lo una letra hebrea<\/strong>: <em>Hola<\/em>.<br>\u00bfEl otro mundo? Lo cre\u00f3 con la letra. <em>yud<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En otras palabras: lo que vemos como de Dios <em>grandeza<\/em>, es solo suyo <em>humildad<\/em>. La creaci\u00f3n es solo el comienzo, ni siquiera una fracci\u00f3n de Su verdadera esencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Por qu\u00e9 todo importa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contemplaci\u00f3n <strong>nos transforma<\/strong>. Convierte la oraci\u00f3n en una conexi\u00f3n real, profundiza nuestra comprensi\u00f3n de la vida y nos recuerda que somos parte de algo m\u00e1s grande. Y no comienza con m\u00e1s estudio, comienza con <strong>pensamiento centrado y sincero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reflexiones finales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La contemplaci\u00f3n es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Profundamente jud\u00edo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e1ctico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transformacional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Empieza poco a poco. Mantente firme.
