No maldecir el santo nombre de Dios es una de las Siete Leyes No\u00e1jidas, aplicables a todas las personas. La ra\u00edz de la prohibici\u00f3n de maldecir a Dios reside en la obligaci\u00f3n fundamental que tiene todo ser creado de reconocer la bondad de su Creador y honrarlo. Similar a la obligaci\u00f3n natural de honrar a los padres, existe una obligaci\u00f3n fundamental para todo ser humano, por haber sido creado por Dios, de reconocer su condici\u00f3n de Creador, L\u00edder del mundo y Soberano de toda la creaci\u00f3n, y tratarlo con respeto y reverencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prohibici\u00f3n de maldecir a Dios tambi\u00e9n se relaciona con el derecho y la obligaci\u00f3n de reconocer su bondad, quien es la fuente de toda bondad en el mundo. Cada ser creado y cada instante de existencia es un testimonio de la bondad de Dios y de su gracia. Faltarle el respeto a Dios es una expresi\u00f3n de negaci\u00f3n absoluta de su bondad. Respetar el nombre de Dios fomenta la gratitud y el aprecio por sus acciones en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prohibici\u00f3n de maldecir a Dios no es solo una prohibici\u00f3n negativa (&quot;no har\u00e1s&quot;), sino que tambi\u00e9n tiene un lado positivo. El aspecto positivo de este mandamiento no\u00e1jida es el amor y el temor a Dios, lo cual es una obligaci\u00f3n l\u00f3gica para los no\u00e1jidas. Maldecir a Dios surge de la falta de temor a Dios. Lo opuesto a esto es la reverencia (temor a Dios) y el amor a Dios. La prohibici\u00f3n de maldecir a Dios requiere una actitud de respeto y temor a su infinita grandeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos juristas hal\u00e1jicos (Rabino Yonatan Steif, Mitzvot HaShem, p\u00e1g. 452, Hemdat Israel, p\u00e1g. 88) han escrito que la prohibici\u00f3n de maldecir aplica tanto a un juez no\u00e1jida como a un l\u00edder justo. En consecuencia, estar\u00eda prohibido maldecir a un juez en un tribunal no\u00e1jida, como est\u00e1 escrito en el vers\u00edculo: \u201cNo maldecir\u00e1s a Dios ni al gobernante de tu pueblo\u201d (\u00c9xodo 22:28). Si bien este no es un mandamiento espec\u00edfico aplicable a los no\u00e1jidas, sino solo a los jud\u00edos, es apropiado honrar a los jueces no\u00e1jidas por ser quienes supervisan la aplicaci\u00f3n de los mandamientos de Dios en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prohibici\u00f3n de no maldecir a Dios en la Parash\u00e1 Emor es un mandamiento fundamental, que se deriva de la obligaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de respetar al Creador y reconocer su infinita bondad.
