Una famosa ense\u00f1anza del maestro jas\u00eddico, el rabino Israel Baal Shem Tov, explica que estos 42 viajes representan, en realidad, los diferentes pasos espirituales que cada persona da en la vida, desde el nacimiento hasta alcanzar un estado espiritual superior. Cada etapa representa un nivel de servicio a Dios que debemos alcanzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Tor\u00e1 nos dice algo muy importante sobre c\u00f3mo debemos vivir: debemos avanzar siempre, ascender constantemente. Permanecer en el mismo lugar implica peque\u00f1as mejoras. Un verdadero viaje significa abandonar por completo el antiguo lugar y alcanzar un nivel mucho m\u00e1s elevado. La Tor\u00e1 lo sugiere en nuestra porci\u00f3n: debemos estar siempre en movimiento, ascendiendo de un nivel a otro. Las paradas simbolizan los puntos bajos y el largo tiempo pasado en el exilio. Pero incluso estas paradas se llaman viajes porque, en el fondo, forman parte del proceso que conduce al ascenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los 42 viajes que los israelitas realizaron en el desierto representan los distintos avances espirituales que cada persona experimenta desde su nacimiento, culminando en un estado espiritual elevado. Cada parada en particular representa un nivel \u00fanico de servicio divino al que aspirar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de estos per\u00edodos bajos, como el exilio, es que siga una gran redenci\u00f3n. Un descenso siempre lleva a un ascenso. De hecho, es precisamente desde estos puntos bajos que surge un ascenso a\u00fan mayor: un nivel mucho m\u00e1s alto que antes del descenso, como la luz que brilla con m\u00e1s fuerza tras la oscuridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debemos recordar siempre que nuestro camino personal nos lleva a una mayor altura espiritual.
