Instruye al pueblo de Israel a establecer tribunales en cada ciudad para juzgar a la naci\u00f3n con justicia. En el centro de este concepto, los jueces son vistos no solo como funcionarios p\u00fablicos, sino como agentes para implementar la voluntad de Dios en la tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este concepto tiene una profunda conexi\u00f3n con las Siete Leyes No\u00e1jidas. Estas Leyes conforman el sistema moral universal otorgado a toda la humanidad, y una de las m\u00e1s importantes es el mandamiento de los Dinim (Leyes de Justicia). Este mandamiento exige que todas las personas establezcan un sistema legal para hacer cumplir las dem\u00e1s leyes y garantizar que el mundo se rija por la justicia y la integridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Tor\u00e1 y la tradici\u00f3n jud\u00eda, se hace especial hincapi\u00e9 en la integridad de los jueces. Las severas advertencias de la parash\u00e1 \u2014\u201dNo perviertas la justicia\u201d, \u201cNo muestres parcialidad\u201d, \u201cNo aceptes soborno\u201d\u2014 se basan en la comprensi\u00f3n de que los jueces son quienes ponen en pr\u00e1ctica la voluntad de Dios. Donde no hay justicia, no hay presencia divina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que el pueblo de Israel, a los no\u00e1jidas tambi\u00e9n se les orden\u00f3 establecer un sistema judicial. El mandamiento de los Dinim les impone la responsabilidad de prevenir la anarqu\u00eda y el caos absoluto en el mundo. Los obliga a nombrar jueces e instituir leyes que mantengan el orden social y moral. En este sistema, tambi\u00e9n, los jueces son los designados para aplicar la justicia divina en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Tor\u00e1 enfatiza: \u201cJusticia, justicia, perseguir\u00e1s, para que vivas y poseas la tierra\u201d. El juicio justo no solo es un medio para mantener el orden social, sino tambi\u00e9n una condici\u00f3n necesaria para la existencia del mundo. Cuando el sistema judicial funciona correctamente, los jueces expresan la providencia divina sobre el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Parash\u00e1 Shoftim enfatiza la importancia del juicio justo, un principio fundamental de las Leyes No\u00e1jidas.
