Basado en Likutei Sijot, vol. 11, p\u00e1g. 74.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 el \u201cBendito sea Dios\u201d de Yitro lo cambi\u00f3 todo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La lectura de la Tor\u00e1 de esta semana es <em>Yitro<\/em>, llamado as\u00ed por el suegro de Moshe Rabbeinu. Cuando Yitro fue al encuentro de Moshe y los Hijos de Israel en el desierto, declar\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cBendito sea Dios, que te salv\u00f3 de Egipto y de los egipcios\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuestros Sabios hacen una observaci\u00f3n sorprendente. Moshe Rabbeinu y todo el pueblo jud\u00edo, incluidos muchos grandes <em>tzadikim<\/em>, Los justos no dec\u00edan \u201cBendito sea Dios\u201d de esta manera. Entonces, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es el significado de la declaraci\u00f3n de Yitr\u00f3? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es tan importante que Yitr\u00f3 dijera \u201cBendito sea Dios\u201d, mientras que Mosh\u00e9 no lo expres\u00f3 exactamente de esa manera?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para entender esto, debemos explorar otra ense\u00f1anza de nuestros Sabios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La Tor\u00e1 no fue entregada hasta que Yitro reconoci\u00f3 a Dios<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Existe un debate entre nuestros sabios sobre cu\u00e1ndo lleg\u00f3 Yitr\u00f3: si fue antes o despu\u00e9s de la entrega de la Tor\u00e1. Seg\u00fan la opini\u00f3n que seguimos aqu\u00ed, Yitr\u00f3 lleg\u00f3 antes. <em>Matan Tor\u00e1<\/em>, la entrega de la Tor\u00e1 en el Monte Sina\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuestros Sabios ense\u00f1an que la Tor\u00e1 no fue entregada hasta que Yitro reconoci\u00f3 la grandeza de Dios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Esto plantea una pregunta fundamental: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 fue tan esencial el reconocimiento de Yitr\u00f3? El pueblo jud\u00edo ya contaba con Moshe Rabbeinu, Ahar\u00f3n y muchas grandes figuras de la justicia. Hab\u00edan presenciado milagros. Hab\u00edan experimentado la revelaci\u00f3n divina. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el reconocimiento de Yitr\u00f3 marc\u00f3 una diferencia tan grande?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La respuesta est\u00e1 en comprender qui\u00e9n era realmente Yitro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n fue Yitro?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Tor\u00e1 describe a Yitr\u00f3 de dos maneras. Una descripci\u00f3n lo presenta como una figura importante y noble en Madi\u00e1n: un l\u00edder. La palabra <em>kohen<\/em> Puede significar sacerdote, pero tambi\u00e9n puede significar una persona distinguida o de alto rango.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Otra descripci\u00f3n lo retrata como un sacerdote pagano, alguien que hab\u00eda servido a toda forma de idolatr\u00eda en el mundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuestros Sabios explican que Yitr\u00f3 hab\u00eda explorado y comprendido todos los sistemas id\u00f3latras conocidos. No era un simple id\u00f3latra que serv\u00eda ciegamente al sol y a la luna. Pose\u00eda un profundo conocimiento. Investig\u00f3 todos los sistemas de creencias y marcos espirituales de su \u00e9poca.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El Rambam (Maim\u00f3nides) explica c\u00f3mo se origin\u00f3 la idolatr\u00eda. La gente razonaba que, dado que Dios cre\u00f3 fuerzas poderosas \u2014el sol, la luna, las estrellas\u2014, deb\u00eda querer que la humanidad las honrara. Comenzaron a tratar a estas fuerzas como intermediarias, ofreci\u00e9ndoles alabanzas y oraciones. Con el tiempo, esto evolucion\u00f3 hasta convertirse en idolatr\u00eda en toda regla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yitr\u00f3 comprendi\u00f3 todo esto. Comprendi\u00f3 la estructura de la creaci\u00f3n: cada nivel a trav\u00e9s del cual la energ\u00eda divina fluye desde Dios hacia el mundo. Estaba familiarizado con cada \u201ccanal\u201d espiritual, cada intermediario percibido. En ese sentido, comprendi\u00f3 todo el sistema m\u00edstico de la existencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y despu\u00e9s de saber todo eso, lo rechaz\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dej\u00f3 atr\u00e1s toda forma de idolatr\u00eda y declar\u00f3: \u201cBendito sea Dios\u201d.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 su reconocimiento fue tan poderoso<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No era una novedad que Mois\u00e9s reconociera a Dios. Mois\u00e9s habl\u00f3 con Dios cara a cara. No era sorprendente que los justos de Israel creyeran. Hab\u00edan presenciado la divisi\u00f3n del mar. Experimentaron la profec\u00eda y la revelaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pero Yitro era diferente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yitr\u00f3 representaba el mundo exterior: el mundo de la filosof\u00eda, el misticismo, la idolatr\u00eda y la b\u00fasqueda espiritual. Hab\u00eda examinado todas las alternativas. Entend\u00eda todos los sistemas. Y despu\u00e9s de toda esa exploraci\u00f3n, concluy\u00f3 que solo Dios es verdadero.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando alguien tan distante \u2014quien se ha sumergido en todas las alternativas espirituales posibles\u2014 llega a ese reconocimiento, es una se\u00f1al profunda. Muestra que la verdad divina ha descendido tan profundamente en el mundo que incluso alguien espiritualmente distante puede percibirla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Es por eso que la Tor\u00e1 resalta las palabras de Yitro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La entrega de la Tor\u00e1 no se limit\u00f3 a que las personas justas profundizaran su conexi\u00f3n con Dios. Su prop\u00f3sito era traer la presencia divina al mundo material, de manera tan profunda que el mundo f\u00edsico mismo pudiera reconocer la Divinidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando Yitr\u00f3 dijo: \u201cBendito sea Dios\u201d, demostr\u00f3 que su objetivo se hab\u00eda logrado. La conciencia divina hab\u00eda llegado incluso al lugar m\u00e1s inesperado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00f3lo entonces el mundo estuvo listo para la Tor\u00e1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El mensaje m\u00e1s amplio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La entrega de la Tor\u00e1 ten\u00eda como objetivo impregnar el mundo entero con la presencia de Dios. No solo a los espiritualmente elevados. No solo a los profetas. No solo al pueblo jud\u00edo en el Sina\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Todo ser humano.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El viaje de Yitro ense\u00f1a que incluso alguien con vastos conocimientos filos\u00f3ficos, incluso alguien que ha explorado innumerables sistemas de creencias, puede llegar al reconocimiento de un solo Dios verdadero.
