Et ils se lev\u00e8rent devant Mo\u00efse\u2026 \u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos sages enseignent dans Pirkei Avot (5:17) que \u201c\u00a0toute dispute engag\u00e9e pour la cause du Ciel aura une valeur durable. Mais une dispute qui n&#039;est pas engag\u00e9e pour la cause du Ciel n&#039;aura pas de valeur durable. Quel est un exemple de dispute engag\u00e9e pour la cause du Ciel\u00a0? Les disputes entre Hillel et Shamma\u00ef. Et une dispute qui n&#039;\u00e9tait pas engag\u00e9e pour la cause du Ciel\u2026\u00a0\u00bb <a><\/a>\u201d\u00a0Du Ciel\u00a0? Le diff\u00e9rend entre Korach et sa compagnie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La derni\u00e8re phrase de cette Michna pose manifestement probl\u00e8me. Au d\u00e9but, la Michna mentionne Hillel et Shamma\u00ef, qui s&#039;opposaient dans la Maison d&#039;\u00c9tude. Par cons\u00e9quent, la suite de la Michna aurait d\u00fb d\u00e9signer les antagonistes comme \u00e9tant Korach et Mo\u00efse, et non Korach et ses compagnons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#039;apr\u00e8s les Malbim, ce passage rec\u00e8le un enseignement profond. Lorsqu&#039;un conflit \u00e9clate pour la cause du Ciel, les deux parties sont unies dans leur qu\u00eate commune de buts spirituels et de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ultime. Mais un conflit qui n&#039;est pas motiv\u00e9 par la cause du Ciel est une lutte pour l&#039;avancement personnel et l&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9go\u00efste. Les rebelles eux-m\u00eames sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en conflit, car ils ne pensent qu&#039;\u00e0 leurs propres ambitions. Ainsi, le conflit opposait en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 Korach \u00e0 ses complices, et certainement pas pour la cause du Ciel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela nous aide \u00e0 comprendre une particularit\u00e9 de la construction des deux premiers versets de cette paracha. Le mot h\u00e9breu traduit par \u2018\u00a0prit\u00a0\u2019 est ici \u2018\u00a0vayikach\u00a0\u2019, forme singuli\u00e8re du verbe. Or, comme trois autres personnes l&#039;accompagnaient, il aurait fallu utiliser la forme plurielle, \u00ab\u00a0va&#039;yikchu\u00a0\u00bb. Le second verset emploie, \u00e0 juste titre, la forme plurielle de \u00ab\u00a0se soulever\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0va&#039;yakumu\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 puisqu&#039;il d\u00e9crit le groupe se soulevant contre Mo\u00efse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Kalischer explique que la Torah utilise ici la forme singuli\u00e8re du verbe \u2019\u00a0prit\u00a0\u2018 pour souligner que chaque rebelle n&#039;agissait que par int\u00e9r\u00eat personnel.
