Nous lisons le r\u00e9cit de l&#039;acte de fanatisme de Phin\u00e9as \u00e0 la fin de la portion de Balak, lue la semaine derni\u00e8re. Lorsque Zimri, chef de la tribu de Shimon, s&#039;unit effront\u00e9ment \u00e0 Cozbi, la Madianite, en pr\u00e9sence de Mo\u00efse et d&#039;autres, \u00e0 l&#039;entr\u00e9e de la Tente de la Rencontre, Phin\u00e9as se leva et les transper\u00e7a tous deux d&#039;une lance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, <a><\/a>Ce n&#039;est qu&#039;au d\u00e9but de la portion de la Torah de cette semaine que l&#039;on nous parle de la r\u00e9compense qu&#039;il a re\u00e7ue \u2013 une alliance de paix et un sacerdoce \u00e9ternel pour sa descendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rabbin Moshe de Coucy expliqua la raison de cette contradiction. Ce n&#039;est que si l&#039;on constate qu&#039;il est r\u00e9ellement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et respectueux des autres que l&#039;on peut supposer que son z\u00e8le \u00e9tait justifi\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu&#039;une simple manifestation de sa col\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p>C\u2019est pourquoi, selon Rabbi Moshe de Coucy, la Torah ne mentionne pas imm\u00e9diatement la r\u00e9compense de Pinchas \u00e0 la fin de la paracha de la semaine derni\u00e8re.
