Quelle \u00e9tait l&#039;\u00e9paisseur de cette obscurit\u00e9\u00a0? Le Midrash affirme qu&#039;elle \u00e9tait aussi \u00e9paisse qu&#039;un dinar (pi\u00e8ce de monnaie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il nous est dit que pendant les trois jours de t\u00e9n\u00e8bres, aucun homme ne pouvait voir son fr\u00e8re et personne ne se levait de sa place (verset 23).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Rebbe de Ger a observ\u00e9 que les plus grandes t\u00e9n\u00e8bres existent lorsque nous ne voyons pas l&#039;autre et que nous ne ressentons aucune empathie pour ce qu&#039;il vit.
