Dans un tel monde, un concept unique trouve sa place et s&#039;impose\u00a0: celui de la nomination par les gouvernements de juges noachides, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9s \u201c\u00a0dayanim\u00a0\u201d en h\u00e9breu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais commen\u00e7ons par le commencement. Que sont les Noachides\u00a0? Le terme \u201c\u00a0Noachide\u00a0\u201d d\u00e9signe les personnes non juives qui adh\u00e8rent aux sept lois universelles donn\u00e9es par Dieu \u00e0 No\u00e9 et \u00e0 sa descendance. Ces lois comprennent des principes tels que l\u2019interdiction du meurtre, du vol et de l\u2019idol\u00e2trie. Elles constituent le fondement d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 juste. Les sept lois universelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 immortalis\u00e9es par Dieu dans la Torah de Mo\u00efse, et leurs d\u00e9tails ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis par la tradition orale juive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venons-en maintenant au c\u0153ur du probl\u00e8me\u00a0: la nomination d\u2019un juge noachide, ou dayan. Consid\u00e9rons d&#039;abord la deuxi\u00e8me question\u00a0: est-il possible d&#039;avoir un tribunal noachide dans l&#039;\u00e9tat actuel du monde\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;id\u00e9e d&#039;un tribunal noachide peut para\u00eetre nouvelle, voire radicale, pour beaucoup. Pourtant, \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des principes de justice et d&#039;\u00e9thique, elle semble tout \u00e0 fait plausible. Apr\u00e8s tout, si le monde aspire v\u00e9ritablement \u00e0 la paix et \u00e0 l&#039;harmonie, pourquoi ne pas envisager un syst\u00e8me juridique fond\u00e9 sur des principes moraux universels\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, cela est n\u00e9cessaire, et c&#039;est l&#039;objet du commandement noachide donn\u00e9 \u00e0 Dinim\u00a0: l&#039;\u00e9tablissement de lois et de tribunaux justes.
