Dans le Deut\u00e9ronome 16:18, la Torah souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de juges justes qui rendront un jugement \u00e9quitable, sans parti pris ni corruption, et veilleront \u00e0 ce que la loi soit appliqu\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux principes de la Torah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le peuple juif, ce commandement est fondamental.
