Elle n&#039;est pas une simple r\u00e9action au p\u00e9ch\u00e9 humain, mais une composante intrins\u00e8que de l&#039;ordre divin de l&#039;univers, inscrite dans la cr\u00e9ation. La techouva est bien plus qu&#039;une simple demande de pardon\u00a0; c&#039;est un cheminement spirituel de retour, une reconnexion \u00e0 son \u00eatre v\u00e9ritable et \u00e0 Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La teshuvah comprend plusieurs \u00e9tapes :<br>Regret : L&#039;individu doit sinc\u00e8rement regretter ses mauvaises actions.<br>Abandonner le p\u00e9ch\u00e9\u00a0: une personne doit cesser son comportement p\u00e9cheur et prendre la r\u00e9solution de ne plus y revenir \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<br>La confession : La confession verbale devant Dieu (et non devant un \u00eatre humain !) est une partie essentielle de la Techouva.<br>R\u00e9solution pour l&#039;avenir\u00a0: La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 prendre la ferme r\u00e9solution de ne pas r\u00e9p\u00e9ter le p\u00e9ch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e8me central de Yom Kippour est la Techouva. La Techouva est essentielle pendant cette p\u00e9riode de f\u00eates. Si elle \u00e9voque souvent le retour aux sources du mal, la Techouva peut aussi \u00eatre un retour positif \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame et un rapprochement plus profond avec Dieu. On peut vivre cela avec joie, sachant que l&#039;on accomplit la mission du Roi. \u00c0 l&#039;aube de ces jours redoutables, cet \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit nous encourage \u00e0 aborder l&#039;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir avec joie et optimisme. Durant ces jours, nous r\u00e9affirmons notre engagement \u00e0 respecter les sept commandements noahides. <strong>Yom Kippour, en revanche, n&#039;est pas un jour que les Noachides doivent observer.<\/strong>; Ils ne sont certes pas tenus de je\u00fbner. Cependant, le repentir (techouva) est une obligation pour les Noachides, comme on peut le constater dans Jonas 3, sans limitation de dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La techouva par amour signifie se repentir non pas par simple crainte du ch\u00e2timent, mais par amour pour Dieu et par d\u00e9sir sinc\u00e8re de renforcer notre relation avec Lui. Lorsque nous nous repentons avec joie et amour, notre attention se porte sur le service de Dieu, et non sur notre ego. Au lieu de nous focaliser uniquement sur nos d\u00e9fauts, nous pouvons y voir l&#039;occasion d&#039;une plus grande conscience de la pr\u00e9sence divine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La techouva commence essentiellement par une prise de conscience int\u00e9rieure et le d\u00e9sir sinc\u00e8re de changer et de se rapprocher d&#039;Hashem. La techouva est un don divin, un outil de gu\u00e9rison spirituelle qui transcende le temps et l&#039;espace. Son essence r\u00e9side dans le retour sinc\u00e8re \u00e0 Dieu.
