Dans cette portion hebdomadaire de la Torah, l'importance de la pri\u00e8re est d\u00e9crite. Lorsqu'\u00c9li\u00e9zer, le serviteur d'Abraham, arriva au puits situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la sortie de la ville, il pria l'\u00c9ternel de lui accorder la femme d'Isaac. Sa pri\u00e8re fut exauc\u00e9e remarquablement vite\u00a0: \u2018\u00a0Avant m\u00eame qu'il ait fini de parler, voici que Rebecca sortait.\u00a0\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Torah dit\u00a0: \u2018\u00a0Trois furent exauc\u00e9s par leurs paroles\u00a0: \u00c9li\u00e9zer, serviteur d\u2019Abraham, Mo\u00efse et Salomon.\u00a0\u2019 De m\u00eame, concernant Mo\u00efse, lors du diff\u00e9rend de Cor\u00e9, il est dit\u00a0: \u2018\u00a0Et il arriva, comme il avait fini de parler\u2026 que la terre ouvrit sa bouche.\u00a0\u2019 De m\u00eame, concernant le roi Salomon, il est \u00e9crit lors de la d\u00e9dicace du Temple\u00a0: \u2018\u00a0Et lorsque Salomon eut fini de prier l\u2019\u00c9ternel, le feu descendit du ciel.\u00a0\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette comparaison entre \u00c9li\u00e9zer, le serviteur, et les justes du monde comme Mo\u00efse et Salomon soul\u00e8ve des questions : comment sa pri\u00e8re peut-elle \u00eatre compar\u00e9e \u00e0 celle de Mo\u00efse, notre ma\u00eetre, et du roi Salomon, l'homme le plus sage de la terre ?!
De plus, nous constatons un avantage chez \u00c9li\u00e9zer par rapport \u00e0 Mo\u00efse et Salomon, puisque leurs pri\u00e8res n'ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exauc\u00e9es qu'apr\u00e8s qu'ils aient fini de demander, alors que la demande d'\u00c9li\u00e9zer a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u2018 avant m\u00eame qu'il ait fini de parler \u2019 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On peut dire que, quel que soit celui qui prie, la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle ses pri\u00e8res sont exauc\u00e9es refl\u00e8te moins sa personne que l'importance de leur contenu et de son intention profonde. Le fait que les pri\u00e8res d'\u00c9li\u00e9zer, de Mo\u00efse et de Salomon aient \u00e9t\u00e9 exauc\u00e9es imm\u00e9diatement souligne l'importance capitale pour tout \u00eatre humain de demander \u00e0 Dieu ce dont il a besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bien que la pri\u00e8re formelle ne soit pas obligatoire pour les Noachides, beaucoup choisissent de prier personnellement ou d'exprimer leur gratitude envers Dieu. L'essentiel r\u00e9side dans l'intention qui anime la pri\u00e8re et le d\u00e9sir de se connecter au divin. Pour les Noachides, prier et se reconnecter au Cr\u00e9ateur est une \u201c\u00a0obligation naturelle\u00a0\u201d, cela leur semble logique. Cette pratique peut renforcer leur d\u00e9votion au service de Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le troisi\u00e8me Temple Saint sera une maison de pri\u00e8re pour toutes les nations \u00e0 l'\u00e8re messianique, comme il est \u00e9crit dans Isa\u00efe 56:7.
\u201c Je les conduirai sur ma montagne sainte et je les r\u00e9jouirai dans ma maison de pri\u00e8re ; leurs holocaustes et leurs sacrifices seront agr\u00e9\u00e9s sur mon autel ; car ma maison sera appel\u00e9e une maison de pri\u00e8re pour tous les peuples. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
