Ou toute partie de ces enseignements, tels qu'ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9s aux non-Juifs par Dieu par l'interm\u00e9diaire de Mo\u00efse au Sina\u00ef<\/strong>1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent article \u2013 (ajouter le lien) \u2013 nous avons abord\u00e9 l\u2019interdiction d\u2019ajouter des mitsvot, fond\u00e9e sur le principe selon lequel la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une nouvelle religion est interdite, ce que l\u2019on appelle l\u2019interdiction de \u201c\u00a0chiddushei daat\u00a0\u201d. Le Mishneh Torah, Rois et Guerres 10:9, pr\u00e9sente ce concept comme suit\u00a0:

Ce principe concerne l\u2019interdiction de cr\u00e9er une nouvelle religion, connue sous le nom d\u2019interdiction de \u201c chiddushei daat \u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le principe g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui r\u00e9git ces questions est le suivant : ils (les non-Juifs) ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une nouvelle religion ni \u00e0 instituer des mitsvot pour eux-m\u00eames en fonction de leurs propres d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans ce blog, nous nous concentrerons non seulement sur l'interdiction d'ajouter, mais aussi sur celle de retrancher. Il est explicitement ordonn\u00e9 aux Juifs de ne pas retrancher aux lois donn\u00e9es par Dieu, comme nous le voyons dans Deut\u00e9ronome 13:1<\/a>  et Deut\u00e9ronome 29:28<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quand on regarde Rachi<\/a>\u2018Dans son commentaire sur Deut\u00e9ronome 31:1, on constate qu'il explique seulement ce que signifie ne pas ajouter aux mitsvot (par exemple, en n'utilisant pas cinq esp\u00e8ces de fruits et de plantes pour accomplir le commandement du Loulav). Cependant, il n'explique pas ce que signifie ne pas diminuer, car cela va de soi\u00a0: il ne nous est pas permis de retrancher quoi que ce soit, pas m\u00eame le plus petit d\u00e9tail. Alshich<\/a> souligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alshich explique qu'il est inconcevable de r\u00e9duire ne serait-ce que la plus petite partie de la loi de Dieu, car les lois de la Torah sont parfaites et compl\u00e8tes, et en diminuer la moindre partie compromet l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des commandements divins. Par cons\u00e9quent, il est clair que la Torah, dans son ensemble, est immuable<\/strong>. Le syst\u00e8me de la loi de la Torah est immuable<\/strong>, et comme Steinsaltz<\/a> Il est \u00e0 noter que la loi de la Torah est la parole de Dieu, et puisque Dieu Lui-m\u00eame est immuable<\/strong>, Ses lois sont immuables. C'est l\u00e0 l'essence du principe selon lequel la Torah demeure inchang\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cela est \u00e9galement confirm\u00e9 par Malachie 3:6<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce principe d'immuabilit\u00e9 se retrouve \u00e9galement dans Nombres 23:19<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et on le retrouve \u00e9galement dans Psaume 119:89<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme nous le constatons chaque jour, c'est par Sa Parole que le monde est cr\u00e9\u00e9, que les arbres sont l\u00e0, que l'eau est l\u00e0, que tout continue d'exister sans changement, de m\u00eame Sa Torah demeure immuable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un exemple actuel de la mani\u00e8re dont les gens tentent de s'\u00e9carter de la loi immuable de Dieu est l'euthanasie. Dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 moderne, l'euthanasie est parfois per\u00e7ue comme un acte de compassion, soulageant la souffrance d'autrui. Pourtant, la Torah est claire, comme dans Exode 20:12<\/a>La vie est un don de Dieu, et y mettre fin est interdit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et s'agit-il d'une interdiction explicite mentionn\u00e9e dans les 7 commandements noachides\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le Talmud, Sanh\u00e9drin 56a<\/a>, les Sages affirment que \u201c Bnei Noach \u201d<\/em> Les enfants de No\u00e9 re\u00e7urent sept commandements\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de tribunaux et l\u2019interdiction de \u201c\u00a0b\u00e9nir\u00a0\u201d (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de maudire) le nom de Dieu, le culte des idoles, les relations sexuelles interdites, le meurtre, le vol et la consommation de la viande d\u2019un animal vivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ainsi, malgr\u00e9 les bonnes intentions qui sous-tendent l'euthanasie, cela ne change rien \u00e0 la loi divine. Cet exemple nous montre que nous ne devons pas minimiser les commandements de Dieu, m\u00eame lorsque la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 les consid\u00e8re comme moralement acceptables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
