M\u00eame si ces remarques ne causent pas de pr\u00e9judice direct, elles restent consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme interdites.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma\u00efmonide, grand \u00e9rudit juif, explique que les paroles nuisibles et d\u00e9nigrantes peuvent exister ind\u00e9pendamment l&#039;une de l&#039;autre. Certaines personnes sont comme des mouches\u00a0: elles cherchent la salet\u00e9 chez les autres, mais ne font que se salir elles-m\u00eames. Comparez une mouche \u00e0 une abeille\u00a0: l\u2019abeille recherche le bien et en fait quelque chose de bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette le\u00e7on m&#039;a incit\u00e9e \u00e0 changer d&#039;approche. J&#039;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 noter chaque jour un point positif concernant une personne, m\u00eame celles qui m&#039;aga\u00e7aient. Au bout de quelques mois, j&#039;ai constat\u00e9 un changement fondamental dans ma fa\u00e7on de voir les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rabbin Jonah nous enseigne que l&#039;h\u00e9ro\u00efsme ne consiste pas \u00e0 \u00eatre parfait, mais \u00e0 avoir le courage de reconna\u00eetre ses erreurs et de s&#039;am\u00e9liorer. Essayons d&#039;\u00eatre comme les abeilles\u00a0: recherchons le bien et faisons-en quelque chose de bon, pour nous-m\u00eames et pour le monde qui nous entoure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les paroles n\u00e9gatives, qu&#039;elles soient blessantes ou d\u00e9nigrantes, sont \u00e0 proscrire.
