Litt\u00e9ralement, \u201c eidut \u201d signifie t\u00e9moignage, mais aussi joyau (edi). Ce double sens est profond : le Tabernacle t\u00e9moignait du pardon divin accord\u00e9 au peuple juif pour son adoration du Veau d&#039;or. Symbole de r\u00e9conciliation et de renouveau, il repr\u00e9sentait \u00e9galement un don pr\u00e9cieux : le tabernacle o\u00f9 se manifestait la Pr\u00e9sence divine (Shekhinah).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mot h\u00e9breu traduit par \u201c t\u00e9moignage \u201d (eidut) est linguistiquement li\u00e9 \u00e0 \u201c bijou \u201d (edi), qui d\u00e9signe les couronnes spirituelles re\u00e7ues par le peuple juif lors du don de la Torah au mont Sina\u00ef. Apr\u00e8s l&#039;\u00e9pisode du Veau d&#039;or, ils perdirent ces couronnes, symboles de puret\u00e9 face au mal du serpent primordial. Le Tabernacle repr\u00e9sentait un chemin vers la restauration de cette \u00e9l\u00e9vation spirituelle perdue, celle qu&#039;ils avaient connue au mont Sina\u00ef. C&#039;\u00e9tait un don divin, leur permettant de renouer avec la conscience et la proximit\u00e9 avec Dieu qu&#039;ils avaient \u00e9prouv\u00e9es lors du don de la Torah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois achev\u00e9, le Tabernacle devint le lieu de la pr\u00e9sence divine parmi eux, signe de leur ascension spirituelle depuis le plus bas niveau. Ce point le plus bas se transforma en tournant d\u00e9cisif. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s le plus profond \u00e9chec, un repentir et une proximit\u00e9 avec Dieu d&#039;une profondeur extraordinaires sont possibles. Le Tabernacle ne fut pas seulement un retour \u00e0 leur \u00e9tat ant\u00e9rieur\u00a0; il les \u00e9leva davantage, car ils s&#039;unirent d\u00e9sormais activement pour cr\u00e9er un lieu de pr\u00e9sence divine, chose qu&#039;ils n&#039;avaient pas faite au Sina\u00ef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce message s&#039;adresse aussi bien aux Juifs qu&#039;aux Noachides. De m\u00eame que le Tabernacle offrait un chemin de rel\u00e8vement apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9tresse spirituelle, chacun peut s&#039;\u00e9lever spirituellement en cultivant un espace personnel de foi, de bonnes actions et de communion avec Dieu. Quelle que soit la profondeur de notre chute due \u00e0 nos erreurs pass\u00e9es, il est toujours possible d&#039;atteindre un niveau spirituel sup\u00e9rieur. M\u00eame dans nos moments les plus difficiles, Dieu nous offre des opportunit\u00e9s de r\u00e9demption.
