Deux pratiques puissantes et souvent mal comprises sont\u00a0: <strong>Hitbodedut<\/strong> et <strong>Hitbonenut<\/strong> (\u00e9galement orthographi\u00e9 <em>Hisbonenus<\/em>Elles peuvent sembler similaires, mais elles proviennent de traditions diff\u00e9rentes et v\u00e9hiculent des approches et des objectifs tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9composons cela \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hitbonenut (\u05d4\u05ea\u05d1\u05d5\u05e0\u05e0\u05d5\u05ea) \u2013 Penser, comprendre, m\u00e9diter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mot <em>Hitbonenut<\/em> provient de la racine h\u00e9bra\u00efque <strong>\u201c\u05d1\u05d9\u05e0\u05d4\u201d (Bina)<\/strong> - signification <em>compr\u00e9hension<\/em> ou <em>aper\u00e7u<\/em>. Cela fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une contemplation intellectuelle profonde, notamment sur Dieu et sa cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme l&#039;explique Ma\u00efmonide dans l&#039;ouverture de <em>Mishneh Torah<\/em>, La contemplation du monde naturel conduit \u00e0 l&#039;amour et \u00e0 la v\u00e9n\u00e9ration de Dieu. <strong>Bien que ces qualit\u00e9s ne soient pas explicitement mentionn\u00e9es parmi les Sept Lois Noahides, elles constituent des pr\u00e9requis spirituels logiques.<\/strong> pour avoir v\u00e9ritablement servi Dieu et pour vous \u00eatre abstenus de transgresser Ses commandements. <em>Hitbonenut<\/em> peut donc jouer un r\u00f4le important dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&#039;une relation sinc\u00e8re avec le Cr\u00e9ateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette approche est centrale dans <strong>Chabad Hassidout<\/strong>. L&#039;id\u00e9e de base est la suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant profond\u00e9ment \u00e0 Dieu \u2014 \u00e0 sa grandeur, \u00e0 sa bont\u00e9, \u00e0 son unit\u00e9 \u2014, vous \u00e9veillez vos sentiments et transformez votre comportement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette m\u00e9thode s&#039;appuie sur des sources comme Ma\u00efmonide (le Rambam), <em>Les devoirs du c\u0153ur<\/em> (<em>Chovot Halevavot<\/em>), et les enseignements hassidiques. Vous prenez une id\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise \u2014 la puissance infinie de Dieu, son unicit\u00e9, sa compassion \u2014 que vous avez apprise pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment de ces sources saintes, et vous la m\u00e9ditez en profondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est important de souligner qu&#039;il ne s&#039;agit pas de m\u00e9diter sur ce que l&#039;on croit \u00eatre vrai de Dieu. Nous nous appuyons sur les sources authentiques et concentrons notre attention sur leur contenu, sans inventer de nouvelles id\u00e9es ni y ajouter d&#039;interpr\u00e9tations personnelles. Le but est d&#039;int\u00e9rioriser la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, non d&#039;en cr\u00e9er une nouvelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parfois, cette m\u00e9ditation consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter ou \u00e0 revoir l&#039;id\u00e9e en reprenant les termes exacts de l&#039;enseignement. D&#039;autres fois, vous m\u00e9ditez sur la fa\u00e7on dont cette id\u00e9e influence votre vie, en l&#039;exprimant avec vos propres mots.<em>tout en restant fid\u00e8le au sens original<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe trois formes principales de <em>hitbon&#039;nut<\/em> (m\u00e9ditation contemplative), chaque \u00e9tape s&#039;appuyant sur la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9tude-M\u00e9ditation (\u05d4\u05b4\u05ea\u05b0\u05d1\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9\u05e0\u05b0\u05e0\u05d5\u05bc\u05ea \u05e9\u05b6\u05c1\u05dc \u05dc\u05b4\u05de\u05bc\u05d5\u05bc\u05d3)\u00a0:<\/strong><br>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tudi\u00e9 un concept en profondeur \u00e0 partir de sources authentiques de la Torah, on m\u00e9dite longuement sur sa signification, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que sa profondeur intellectuelle et sa v\u00e9rit\u00e9 apparaissent clairement. Cela permet de pr\u00e9parer le c\u0153ur \u00e0 une pri\u00e8re profonde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9ditation pendant la pri\u00e8re (\u05d4\u05b4\u05ea\u05b0\u05d1\u05bc\u05d5\u05b9\u05e0\u05b0\u05e0\u05d5\u05bc\u05ea \u05d1\u05b7\u05bc\u05ea\u05b0\u05bc\u05e4\u05b4\u05dc\u05b8\u05bc\u05d4) :<\/strong><br>Ici, l&#039;intention est de percevoir la dimension divine au sein m\u00eame du concept, de ressentir la pr\u00e9sence de Dieu dans la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 apprise. Cela transforme la pri\u00e8re en une connexion personnelle et profonde avec le Divin. (Hayom 20 Tamouz)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cette forme progressive de m\u00e9ditation \u2014 passant de l&#039;intellect \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9motion puis \u00e0 l&#039;intimit\u00e9 spirituelle \u2014 on prend de plus en plus conscience de la pr\u00e9sence de Dieu et on se rapproche de Lui de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9elle et durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&#039;objectif de Hitbonenut :<\/strong> \u00c9veiller la conscience de Dieu par l&#039;intellect, qui fa\u00e7onne ensuite le c\u0153ur et les actions. La t\u00eate guide le c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hitbodedut (\u05d4\u05ea\u05d1\u05d5\u05d3\u05d3\u05d5\u05ea) \u2013 \u00catre seul, se retirer du monde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mot <em>Hitbodedut<\/em> provient de la racine h\u00e9bra\u00efque <strong>\u201c\u05d1\u05d5\u05d3\u05d3\u201d (Boded)<\/strong>, signification <em>seul<\/em>. Cela fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au fait de se mettre \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9cart \u2014 de se couper des distractions du monde \u2014 pour se concentrer int\u00e9rieurement et se connecter \u00e0 Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais cette \u201c solitude \u201d peut rev\u00eatir des significations tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes selon la tradition spirituelle. Dans la mystique juive, on distingue deux interpr\u00e9tations principales de Hitbodedut\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le parcours \u00e9motionnel de Breslov<\/strong>, qui privil\u00e9gie une conversation spontan\u00e9e et sinc\u00e8re avec Dieu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La voie introspective de Chabad<\/strong>, qui met l&#039;accent sur l&#039;introspection et la comptabilit\u00e9 spirituelle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien qu&#039;elles portent le m\u00eame nom, ces pratiques sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes par leur ton et leur objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hitbodedut Selon Breslov \u2013 Parler \u00e0 Dieu comme \u00e0 un p\u00e8re<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>Chassidut de Breslov<\/strong>, <em>Hitbodedut<\/em> il s&#039;agit de <strong>\u00eatre seul avec Dieu<\/strong>\u2014non pas pour m\u00e9diter en silence, mais pour <strong>parler<\/strong>. Parlez-lui litt\u00e9ralement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allez vous promener dans la nature \u2014 les bois, un champ tranquille, un parc \u2014 et parlez \u00e0 Dieu comme vous le feriez \u00e0 votre p\u00e8re ou \u00e0 votre meilleur ami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c Papa, la vie est dure. Aide-moi. Je ne sais pas quoi faire. \u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n&#039;y a pas de formules toutes faites, pas de script, pas de langage particulier. Parlez, tout simplement. Exprimez-vous librement. Plus vous parlez, plus vous prenez conscience que Dieu vous \u00e9coute. Plus vous partagez, plus vous vous sentez proches de lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectif du Hitbodedut de style Breslov\u00a0:<\/strong> Proximit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle, relation en temps r\u00e9el avec Dieu, prise de conscience par le biais d&#039;un dialogue personnel et sans filtre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hitbodedut selon Chabad \u2013 R\u00e9flexion spirituelle sur soi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <strong>Chabad<\/strong>, <em>Hitbodedut<\/em> Cela signifie tout autre chose. Cela m&#039;aide \u00e0 me recentrer\u00a0: \u00e0 qui est-ce que je m&#039;adresse en ce moment\u00a0? Ce bref instant de solitude rend la pri\u00e8re plus r\u00e9elle, plus personnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que <em>Choulkhan Aroukh<\/em> Il est dit qu&#039;avant de prier, il convient de contempler \u00e0 la fois la grandeur de Dieu et l&#039;humilit\u00e9 de l&#039;homme. Cette r\u00e9flexion ancre le c\u0153ur dans l&#039;humilit\u00e9 et le respect, le pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 une communion sinc\u00e8re avec le Divin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>J&#039;utilise le <strong>Hitbodedut de style Breslov<\/strong> quand je suis <strong>marcher dans la nature<\/strong>. Parfois, j&#039;ai simplement envie de partager la beaut\u00e9 que je vois avec Dieu. D&#039;autres fois, quand je suis submerg\u00e9e par l&#039;\u00e9motion ou les difficult\u00e9s, je lui parle comme \u00e0 un p\u00e8re, lui demandant de l&#039;aide, du r\u00e9confort et des conseils.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>Hitbodedut de style Chabad<\/strong> Je trouve utile \u00e0 <strong>fin de journ\u00e9e<\/strong>. C&#039;est l&#039;occasion de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir : qu&#039;est-ce qui a bien fonctionn\u00e9, qu&#039;est-ce qui n\u00e9cessite une attention particuli\u00e8re, o\u00f9 puis-je progresser demain ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chacune poss\u00e8de son propre pouvoir. Ensemble, elles contribuent \u00e0 approfondir ma relation avec Dieu \u2014 en pens\u00e9e, en sentiment et en action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quel chemin est le \u201c meilleur \u201d ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On nous demande souvent : \u201c Quel chemin est le meilleur ? \u201d Mais ce n&#039;est pas vraiment la bonne question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&#039;est comme de la musique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certaines personnes aiment <strong>musique classique<\/strong>\u2014Structur\u00e9, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, chaque note parfaitement plac\u00e9e. Voil\u00e0. <em>Hitbonenut<\/em>: une m\u00e9ditation disciplin\u00e9e et intellectuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&#039;autres aiment <strong>jazz<\/strong>\u2014improvis\u00e9, brut, \u00e9motionnel. Voil\u00e0. <em>Hitbodedut<\/em> Au sens de Breslov : sinc\u00e8re, sans filtre, unique \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et les deux sont de la musique. Les deux peuvent \u00eatre magnifiques, selon l&#039;\u00e2me qui les joue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certaines personnes sont plus sensibles \u00e0 la raison, d&#039;autres aux \u00e9motions. Certaines sont analytiques par nature, d&#039;autres recherchent la chaleur et la proximit\u00e9. Et certaines oscillent entre les deux, selon les p\u00e9riodes de leur vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La question n&#039;est donc pas \u201c Lequel est le meilleur ? \u201d<br>C&#039;est: <strong>Lequel vous touche au plus profond de l&#039;\u00e2me ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand vos cordes internes sont align\u00e9es, quand votre pratique fait ressortir votre son le plus authentique, c&#039;est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a fonctionne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Puis-je m\u00e9diter sur les \u201c petites \u201d choses ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Absolument. Vous pouvez m\u00e9diter sur tout ce qui vous rapproche de Dieu. Une feuille, une montagne, un ruisseau. L&#039;important n&#039;est pas la taille, mais le fait de m\u00e9diter sur tout ce qui vous rapproche de Dieu. <strong>voir le divin en lui<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c Que tes \u0153uvres sont grandes, \u00f4 \u00c9ternel !
