Dans la paracha Mishpatim, Hachem nous enseigne comment b\u00e2tir un monde bon et juste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Torah dit quelque chose de tr\u00e8s particulier :
Lorsque deux personnes sont en d\u00e9saccord et s'adressent \u00e0 un juge, celui-ci n'est pas autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 choisir une personne uniquement en raison de sa pauvret\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cela peut para\u00eetre un peu \u00e9trange. Ne sommes-nous pas cens\u00e9s \u00eatre gentils avec les pauvres ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oui, nous devons absolument aider les personnes en difficult\u00e9. La bienveillance et l'entraide sont essentielles. Mais devant un tribunal, le juge doit s'en tenir aux faits, sans consid\u00e9ration de richesse ou de pauvret\u00e9. Seule la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imaginez que quelqu'un casse un objet appartenant \u00e0 autrui. Le juge doit d\u00e9terminer qui est le v\u00e9ritable coupable. M\u00eame si la personne qui a cass\u00e9 l'objet est pauvre, le juge se doit d'\u00eatre honn\u00eate et impartial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Torah nous enseigne :
Ne choisissez pas le fort simplement parce qu'il est fort.
Ne choisissez pas le faible simplement parce qu'il est faible.
Choisissez ce qui est juste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quand chacun est juste et sinc\u00e8re, le monde devient un lieu s\u00fbr et paisible. Et c'est ce que Dieu attend de nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
