Ce passage de la Torah traite des offrandes faites pour la construction du Tabernacle, le Mishkan portatif. Dans la Torah, lors de la construction du Tabernacle, les mat\u00e9riaux offerts par le peuple sont class\u00e9s en trois m\u00e9taux principaux\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Voici l\u2019offrande que vous prendrez d\u2019eux\u00a0: l\u2019or, l\u2019argent et le cuivre.\u00a0\u201d Nos Sages enseignent que ces trois m\u00e9taux repr\u00e9sentent trois niveaux de don distincts. Quelle est la signification de ces trois niveaux pour les Noachides\u00a0?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'or est le plus pr\u00e9cieux des mat\u00e9riaux, incarnant la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 id\u00e9ale. En h\u00e9breu, Zahav signifie \u201d celui qui donne en pleine sant\u00e9 \u201d. Cela d\u00e9signe une personne qui donne au sommet de sa forme physique, mentale et financi\u00e8re. Elle ne donne ni par peur ni par pression, mais par une conscience libre de l'importance de r\u00e9parer le monde. Sur le plan spirituel, il s'agit du service de celui dont la relation avec le Cr\u00e9ateur est active et proactive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'argent repr\u00e9sente le deuxi\u00e8me degr\u00e9. En h\u00e9breu, Kessef signifie \u201c\u00a0Quand la peur menace\u00a0\u201d. Cela d\u00e9signe celui ou celle qui donne face \u00e0 une \u00e9preuve. Peut-\u00eatre ressent-il\/elle les pressions du monde, s'inqui\u00e8te-t-il\/elle pour son avenir ou recherche-t-il\/elle la protection divine. Bien que sa motivation soit n\u00e9e de la difficult\u00e9, il\/elle se fortifie et choisit de donner malgr\u00e9 la peur et les obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le troisi\u00e8me degr\u00e9 est le Cuivre. En h\u00e9breu, Nechoshet signifie\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Le don du malade qui a dit\u00a0: \u2018Donne\u2019.\u00a0\u201d Cela repr\u00e9sente un don moins g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, souvent fait \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute ou lorsqu\u2019on se sent spirituellement ou physiquement faible. Spirituellement, le \u201c\u00a0Cuivre\u00a0\u201d symbolise une personne malade, peut-\u00eatre \u00e9loign\u00e9e de la source de la vie et de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, et qui ne se souvient de donner que lorsqu\u2019elle traverse une p\u00e9riode difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Torah reconna\u00eet que nous ne sommes pas toujours au niveau de l'excellence. Parfois, nous donnons par crainte, parfois par distance spirituelle. Le cuivre est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la construction du Tabernacle. Pour les B'nai Noah, la charit\u00e9 (Tzedakah) est bien plus qu'une simple bonne action ou un acte de bont\u00e9 volontaire. Elle repr\u00e9sente le fait de marcher dans les voies de Dieu qui recr\u00e9e toute la cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 chaque instant avec Son infinie bont\u00e9. Bien que la charit\u00e9 ne soit pas explicitement mentionn\u00e9e parmi les Sept Commandements universels, elle est une composante essentielle du Commandement des Lois (Dinim), pour l'\u00e9dification d'une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 juste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Cr\u00e9ateur souhaite que chaque \u00eatre humain, quel que soit son \u00e9tat, contribue \u00e0 l'harmonie du monde. Chaque personne a le pouvoir d'attirer la Pr\u00e9sence divine en ce monde et d'accomplir le dessein de la cr\u00e9ation\u00a0: faire de ce monde une demeure pour Hachem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
