Pourtant, la paracha de cette semaine nous enseigne tout le contraire. Une v\u00e9ritable relation, \u00e0 l&#039;image de l&#039;exemple de Mo\u00efse, ne consiste pas \u00e0 rabaisser autrui pour se mettre en valeur. Bien au contraire\u00a0: il s&#039;agit de donner aux autres les moyens de r\u00e9ussir et de se r\u00e9jouir sinc\u00e8rement de leur succ\u00e8s, sans jamais se sentir menac\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;histoire commence lorsque les \u201c Asafsuf \u201d (la multitude m\u00eal\u00e9e) \u2013 un groupe de convertis qui ont rejoint la nation par crainte des plaies d&#039;\u00c9gypte plut\u00f4t que par amour du Ciel \u2013 trouvent une fois de plus une raison de se plaindre. \u201c Qui nous donnera de la viande ? \u201d, s&#039;exclament-ils, regrettant \u00e0 tort leur pass\u00e9 en \u00c9gypte. Cette plainte ne provient pas d&#039;une faim r\u00e9elle, mais plut\u00f4t d&#039;un d\u00e9sir de se d\u00e9charger de toute responsabilit\u00e9 morale et de chercher des excuses. Mo\u00efse demande \u00e0 Hachem : \u201c Comment puis-je leur fournir de la viande ? \u201d Le Cr\u00e9ateur r\u00e9pond par deux instructions claires. Premi\u00e8rement, partager le fardeau et l&#039;esprit : Mo\u00efse doit rassembler soixante-dix hommes parmi les anciens d&#039;Isra\u00ebl, sur lesquels l&#039;esprit de proph\u00e9tie sera accord\u00e9, afin qu&#039;ils puissent l&#039;aider dans sa mission. La seconde instruction : pendant un mois entier, le Cr\u00e9ateur fournira aux Enfants d&#039;Isra\u00ebl de la viande en abondance afin qu&#039;ils comprennent la vanit\u00e9 de la poursuite des d\u00e9sirs mat\u00e9riels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mo\u00efse ob\u00e9it \u00e0 l&#039;ordre de Dieu et rassemble soixante-dix anciens devant la Tente de la Rencontre. Le Cr\u00e9ateur leur insuffle l&#039;esprit de proph\u00e9tie, et ils se mettent \u00e0 proph\u00e9tiser. Cependant, au m\u00eame moment, un \u00e9v\u00e9nement inattendu se produit au sein m\u00eame du camp. Deux anciens, Eldad et Medad, qui, par grande humilit\u00e9, ne se jugeaient pas dignes de faire partie des soixante-dix, restent en arri\u00e8re. Ils contestent votre autorit\u00e9 exclusive de chef et de proph\u00e8te. \u201d La r\u00e9ponse de Mo\u00efse r\u00e9v\u00e8le l&#039;essence m\u00eame du v\u00e9ritable leadership et des relations humaines. Il souhaite que le Cr\u00e9ateur r\u00e9pande son Esprit sur toute la nation. On ne d\u00e9c\u00e8le chez lui aucune trace de jalousie, seulement une joie pure de voir un si grand nombre de personnes atteindre un tel niveau spirituel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des p\u00e9ch\u00e9s interpersonnels, comme le meurtre, le vol et le cambriolage, naissent d&#039;un ego d\u00e9mesur\u00e9. Une vie guid\u00e9e par \u201c\u00a0Plus de lumi\u00e8re, moins d&#039;ego\u00a0\u201d reconna\u00eet que l&#039;abondance divine est suffisante pour tous. Lorsque l&#039;existence ou la r\u00e9ussite de son prochain ne vous menace pas, la tentation de lui nuire ou de le voler dispara\u00eet compl\u00e8tement. Dans le monde spirituel, le pouvoir agit comme la flamme d&#039;une bougie\u00a0: vous pouvez allumer des milliers d&#039;autres bougies sans que votre propre lumi\u00e8re ne s&#039;affaiblisse le moins du monde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les Noachides, cet enseignement de Mo\u00efse red\u00e9finit le r\u00f4le du leader. Un v\u00e9ritable leader donne aux autres les moyens de s&#039;\u00e9panouir et les aide \u00e0 progresser.
