Bien qu&#039;il mette en lumi\u00e8re certains des th\u00e8mes principaux, il est fortement recommand\u00e9 de regarder ou d&#039;\u00e9couter la le\u00e7on compl\u00e8te pour une compr\u00e9hension plus approfondie du texte et de ses nombreuses implications.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>J\u00e9richo : Les murs n&#039;ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 la v\u00e9ritable histoire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La chute de J\u00e9richo est l&#039;un des r\u00e9cits les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres de la Bible. La plupart des gens se souviennent des sonneries de shofar, de la marche autour de la ville et de l&#039;effondrement spectaculaire des murailles. Pourtant, le chapitre 6 du livre de Josu\u00e9 nous enseigne une le\u00e7on qui d\u00e9passe largement le cadre d&#039;une victoire militaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e9richo paraissait invincible. Ses murailles \u00e9taient solides et, selon les crit\u00e8res humains, elle semblait \u00e0 l&#039;abri. Pourtant, ce chapitre r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la ville \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 vaincue avant m\u00eame le d\u00e9but de la bataille. Rahab avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 inform\u00e9 les espions isra\u00e9lites que la peur s&#039;\u00e9tait r\u00e9pandue dans tout le pays. Les murailles \u00e9taient encore debout, mais la confiance du peuple s&#039;\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 effondr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui d\u00e9termine v\u00e9ritablement la victoire\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette le\u00e7on pose une question importante : qu&#039;est-ce qui d\u00e9termine r\u00e9ellement l&#039;issue d&#039;une bataille ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00eatres humains ont tendance \u00e0 faire confiance aux choses visibles\u00a0: la force, la richesse, la technologie, l\u2019influence et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Mais J\u00e9richo nous rappelle que ce ne sont pas l\u00e0 les forces ultimes qui fa\u00e7onnent l\u2019histoire. La ville faisait confiance \u00e0 ses fortifications, tandis qu\u2019Isra\u00ebl apprenait \u00e0 faire confiance \u00e0 Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bataille fut gagn\u00e9e non pas parce qu&#039;Isra\u00ebl poss\u00e9dait une puissance militaire sup\u00e9rieure, mais parce que l&#039;issue reposait en fin de compte entre les mains du Cr\u00e9ateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La signification du sept<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un th\u00e8me cl\u00e9 de ce chapitre est l&#039;utilisation r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e du chiffre sept\u00a0: sept pr\u00eatres, sept shofars, sept jours et sept circumambulations autour de la ville le septi\u00e8me jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans toute la Bible, sept passages renvoient \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation. Le message n&#039;est pas seulement que Dieu a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le monde, mais aussi qu&#039;il continue de le gouverner. L&#039;histoire demeure entre les mains de celui qui l&#039;a cr\u00e9\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9p\u00e9tition du chiffre sept nous rappelle que la chute de J\u00e9richo n&#039;\u00e9tait pas qu&#039;un simple \u00e9v\u00e9nement militaire. Elle affirmait que le Cr\u00e9ateur demeure activement impliqu\u00e9 dans sa cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rahab et le message noachide<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les Noachides, Rahab est l&#039;un des personnages les plus importants de l&#039;histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle n&#039;\u00e9tait pas isra\u00e9lite, et pourtant elle reconnut une v\u00e9rit\u00e9 que toute sa ville refusait d&#039;admettre. Tandis que J\u00e9richo se fiait \u00e0 ses remparts, Rahab pla\u00e7ait sa confiance dans le Dieu d&#039;Isra\u00ebl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette le\u00e7on souligne que la ligne de d\u00e9marcation ne r\u00e9side ni dans la nationalit\u00e9 ni dans l&#039;origine ethnique, mais dans l&#039;adh\u00e9sion d&#039;une personne \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 divine. Rahab entendit les m\u00eames r\u00e9cits que tous les autres, mais sa r\u00e9action fut diff\u00e9rente. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa foi, elle et sa famille furent sauv\u00e9es tandis que la ville autour d&#039;elle sombrait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son histoire nous rappelle qu&#039;une relation avec Dieu est accessible \u00e0 tous ceux qui le cherchent sinc\u00e8rement et choisissent de suivre ses voies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une le\u00e7on pour aujourd&#039;hui<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019histoire de J\u00e9richo nous invite tous \u00e0 nous interroger\u00a0: <strong>\u00c0 quels murs faisons-nous confiance ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pouvons compter sur l&#039;argent, la carri\u00e8re, les institutions, la technologie ou nos propres capacit\u00e9s. Bien que ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments aient de la valeur, ils ne constituent pas le fondement de notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u00e9richo s&#039;est fi\u00e9e \u00e0 ses remparts et s&#039;est effondr\u00e9e.
