Cela souligne que la tzniout englobe \u00e0 la fois l'apparence ext\u00e9rieure et l'attitude int\u00e9rieure. Il s'agit de vivre avec dignit\u00e9 et humilit\u00e9, de ne pas se mettre en avant ind\u00fbment et de traiter autrui avec respect et consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En mati\u00e8re de v\u00eatements, la modestie chez les Noachides implique de porter une tenue qui t\u00e9moigne du respect de soi-m\u00eame et d'autrui. Voici quelques principes cl\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Couvre-cheveux pour femmes<\/strong>Les femmes noachides ne sont pas tenues de se couvrir les cheveux. Cependant, les femmes mari\u00e9es qui souhaitent exprimer leur pi\u00e9t\u00e9 et leur humilit\u00e9 devant Dieu peuvent choisir de le faire. Cette pratique est facultative et doit \u00eatre guid\u00e9e par les normes de pudeur personnelles et communautaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. V\u00eatements modestes pour femmes<\/strong>Les femmes noachides sont encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 s'habiller modestement afin d'\u00e9viter d'inciter autrui \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es ou des comportements inappropri\u00e9s. Leurs v\u00eatements doivent couvrir le torse jusqu'aux clavicules, les jambes jusqu'aux genoux et les bras jusqu'aux coudes. Cette norme contribue \u00e0 maintenir une apparence respectueuse et digne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. \u00c9viter la tromperie<\/strong>Hommes et femmes devraient choisir des v\u00eatements qui n'incitent pas \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es ou des comportements impurs. La modestie implique de ne pas s'habiller de mani\u00e8re provocante ou aguichante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
