    Un non ebreo che si dedica allo studio della Torah \u00e8 passibile di pena di morte; dovrebbe dedicarsi allo studio della Torah solo per quanto riguarda le sue Sette Mitzvot. Allo stesso modo, un non ebreo che osserva il riposo sabbatico \u00e8 passibile di pena di morte, anche se osserva il riposo sabbatico in qualsiasi altro giorno della settimana. La linea guida generale \u00e8 che non gli permettiamo di inventare una nuova religione o di creare comandamenti per s\u00e9 stesso. Dovrebbe convertirsi e accettare tutte le mitzvot, oppure dovrebbe dedicarsi agli insegnamenti che si applicano specificamente a lui, senza aggiungere o togliere nulla.
