Il legame di Sukkot con le nazioni e approfondimenti sul perdono<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Questo \u00e8 un breve riassunto di un discorso chassidico del Rebbe, il rabbino Menachem Mendel Schneerson, del 1965. Questo discorso si concentra sulla comprensione delle offerte durante la festa di Sukkot nel Tempio, che rappresentavano benessere e benedizioni per le nazioni del mondo. Un versetto dei Salmi che viene discusso (117:1-2<\/em>) recita "Lodate Hashem, tutte le nazioni, ecc., perch\u00e9 la Sua grande bont\u00e0 \u00e8 su di noi" (riferendosi al popolo ebraico). Questo solleva interrogativi sul perch\u00e9 i non ebrei lodino Dio per la Sua bont\u00e0 verso gli ebrei. Questi attributi mirano a perdonare senza alcuna sofferenza. Sono particolarmente evidenti durante lo Yom Kippur, il giorno in cui Dio perdona i peccati del popolo ebraico senza punizione. Questa \u00e8 un'opportunit\u00e0 unica per la comunit\u00e0 ebraica di purificarsi e riconnettersi con la propria eredit\u00e0 spirituale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante lo Yom Kippur, il sommo sacerdote entrava nel sancta sanctorum offrendo incenso che produceva un grande nuvola<\/strong> di fumo che saliva fino al tetto. Il pensiero chassidico spiega che questo fumo simboleggia, in senso spirituale, il tetto della Sukkah (poich\u00e9, in realt\u00e0, il tetto della Sukkah simboleggia il nuvole<\/strong> di Gloria che circondava il popolo ebraico nel suo viaggio attraverso il deserto). Ci\u00f2 sottolinea lo stretto legame tra il perdono che avviene durante Yom Kippur e la gioia sperimentata durante Sukkot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La purificazione delle nazioni pu\u00f2 iniziare solo dopo che i peccati del popolo ebraico saranno perdonati a Yom Kippur. Una volta purificato il popolo, l'elevazione delle nazioni pu\u00f2 iniziare a Sukkot, portando al riconoscimento e alla lode di Dio da parte di tutte le nazioni. Ci\u00f2 si realizza attraverso l'offerta di 70 tori durante Sukkot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il Talmud spiega che il primo giorno venivano offerti 13 tori, il secondo 12 e cos\u00ec via, finch\u00e9 l'ultimo giorno ne rimasero solo 7. Questa graduale diminuzione delle offerte simboleggia il minore bisogno di espiazione e la crescente connessione spirituale con Dio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il midrash collega i 70 tori alla storia di un re che invita 70 principi a celebrare con lui una grande festa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuttavia, arriviamo ora a un'interessante questione sollevata dal Rebbe. Come \u00e8 possibile che Sukkot parli dell'invito a 70 re mentre menziona anche (nello Zohar) i 7 Ushpizin \u2013 i 7 ospiti \u2013 che entrano nella Sukkah? Questa sembra una contraddizione. Tuttavia, egli dimostra che gli Ushpizin \u2013 Abramo, Isacco, Giacobbe, Mos\u00e8, Aronne, Giuseppe e Davide \u2013 erano tutti individui che in qualche modo elevarono le nazioni del mondo. Prendiamo Abramo, ad esempio, che era noto per la sua ospitalit\u00e0 e il suo ruolo di ponte tra Dio e le nazioni. Invit\u00f2 gli stranieri nella sua tenda e li ispir\u00f2 a lodare Dio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pertanto, sia i 70 tori, sia l'invito dei 70 principi, sia i 7 ospiti servono tutti a elevare il mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sukkot \u00e8 quindi una festa che sottolinea il rapporto tra il popolo ebraico e le nazioni del mondo. Non \u00e8 solo un momento di gioia per Israele, ma anche un periodo di rettifica delle 70 nazioni, e quindi del mondo. Sia gli antenati ebrei che le 70 nazioni \u2013 rappresentate dai 70 principi \u2013 sono presenti in questo processo, e l'elevazione delle scintille sacre dal mondo caotico \u00e8 un tema importante in questo periodo. Yom Kippur e Sukkot sono collegati per realizzare la redenzione del mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
