I nostri saggi interpretano la formulazione del messaggio in modo speciale e questo di per s\u00e9 ci offre un importante insegnamento sulle priorit\u00e0 nella vita. Basato su Likutey Sichot, vol. 1, p. 68<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>La lettura di questa settimana, intitolata <em>Vayishlach<\/em>, che significa &quot;E mand\u00f2&quot;, inizia con la storia di Giacobbe che invia emissari a suo fratello Esa\u00f9 dopo 20 anni. Esa\u00f9 era molto arrabbiato con Giacobbe per molte ragioni e ora, dopo tutto questo tempo, stavano per incontrarsi di nuovo. In preparazione, Giacobbe invia un messaggio a Esa\u00f9 e gli manda anche un dono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il messaggio che Giacobbe invia \u00e8 significativo. Egli dice: <em>\u201cIo ho vissuto con Labano e ora vengo da te per trovare grazia ai tuoi occhi\u201d.\u201d<\/em> A prima vista, questo messaggio sembra semplice. Tuttavia, un&#039;analisi pi\u00f9 approfondita delle parole ebraiche usate da Giacobbe solleva una domanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giacobbe usa la parola <em>garti<\/em> (\u05d2\u05b7\u05bc\u05e8\u05b0\u05ea\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9) per descrivere il tempo trascorso con Labano. Mentre <em>garti<\/em> si traduce con &quot;Ho vissuto&quot;, ma non \u00e8 la parola pi\u00f9 comune che si possa usare. Perch\u00e9 Giacobbe scelse proprio questo termine? I saggi offrono alcune spiegazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&#039;implicazione della parola &quot;essere straniero&quot;:<\/strong><br>La parola <em>garti<\/em> condivide una radice con la parola <em>ger<\/em> (\u05d2\u05b5\u05bc\u05e8), che significa &quot;straniero&quot; o &quot;forestiero&quot;. Giacobbe stava indicando che non si era assimilato o non apparteneva pienamente alla famiglia di Labano o alla societ\u00e0 di Haran. Viveva l\u00ec come un estraneo, qualcuno che non si integrava nella cultura del luogo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Il valore numerico di Garti:<\/strong><br>Le lettere ebraiche hanno valori numerici, e quando le lettere di <em>garti<\/em> Sommando i numeri, il totale \u00e8 613, corrispondente al numero dei comandamenti della Torah. Giacobbe stava dicendo a Esa\u00f9 che, nonostante vivesse con Labano \u2013 un uomo di scarsa moralit\u00e0, in una societ\u00e0 corrotta \u2013 era rimasto fedele ai comandamenti di Dio. Aveva resistito alle influenze dell&#039;ambiente circostante e aveva aderito ai suoi obblighi spirituali.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ci\u00f2 solleva un&#039;ulteriore domanda: perch\u00e9 Giacobbe avrebbe dovuto pensare che questa informazione fosse importante per Esa\u00f9? Dopotutto, Esa\u00f9 sapeva gi\u00e0 che Giacobbe viveva ad Haran da 20 anni. Se Esa\u00f9 avesse voluto fare del male a Giacobbe, avrebbe potuto agire molto prima di questo incontro. Allora perch\u00e9 enfatizzare il suo status di straniero e la sua adesione ai comandamenti?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il messaggio pi\u00f9 profondo risiede nelle priorit\u00e0 di Giacobbe. Dichiarando di vivere come uno straniero e di rimanere fedele al suo cammino spirituale, Giacobbe stava comunicando qualcosa di fondamentale sulla sua visione del mondo. Haran, come descritto dai saggi, era un luogo di corruzione, un luogo che invocava l&#039;ira di Dio verso il mondo. Vivendo l\u00ec, Giacobbe avrebbe potuto facilmente essere consumato dal suo materialismo e dalla sua immoralit\u00e0. Eppure, scelse consapevolmente di considerarsi un viaggiatore, qualcuno di passaggio, e non si permise mai di sentirsi a casa in un luogo del genere. Questa mentalit\u00e0 gli diede la forza di rimanere devoto ai suoi doveri spirituali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo principio si riflette in una storia sul Maggid di Mezritch, un grande leader e maestro. Un uomo ricco una volta visit\u00f2 il Maggid e rimase sorpreso dalla semplicit\u00e0 della sua casa, priva di mobili o decorazioni pregiate. L&#039;uomo si offr\u00ec di acquistare al Maggid mobili migliori, ma il Maggid rispose con una parabola:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c&quot;Lei \u00e8 un uomo d&#039;affari e viaggia spesso. Quando viaggia, porta con s\u00e9 tutti i suoi beni e i suoi mobili?&quot;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;uomo rispose: &quot;Certo che no. Viaggio leggero e porto solo lo stretto necessario. I miei veri averi restano a casa&quot;.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Maggid spieg\u00f2: &quot;In questo mondo siamo tutti viaggiatori. Questa non \u00e8 la nostra destinazione finale. La nostra vera casa \u00e8 lass\u00f9, nel regno spirituale. L\u00ec ho tutto ci\u00f2 di cui ho bisogno. Qui vivo semplicemente perch\u00e9 sono solo di passaggio&quot;.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il messaggio di Giacobbe a Esa\u00f9 riecheggia questo sentimento. Giacobbe si considerava uno straniero ad Haran, senza mai soccombere alle sue influenze negative. Questa prospettiva gli permise di adempiere ai suoi obblighi spirituali e di mantenere la sua integrit\u00e0. Condividendo questo con Esa\u00f9, Giacobbe non si limitava a raccontare il suo passato; stava dimostrando la forza e la chiarezza che gli avevano permesso di superare le circostanze. Ora era pronto a incontrare Esa\u00f9 e persino ad aiutarlo a crescere come persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lezione per noi \u00e8 chiara: conoscere le nostre vere priorit\u00e0 \u2013 comprendere che il mondo materiale \u00e8 secondario rispetto a quello spirituale \u2013 ci permette di rimanere concentrati sul nostro scopo. Come Giacobbe, possiamo affrontare le sfide della vita senza perdere di vista ci\u00f2 che conta veramente.
