Nella precedente fondazione \u2013 (aggiungi link) \u2013 abbiamo discusso il divieto di aggiungere mitzvot basato sul principio secondo cui \u00e8 proibito creare una nuova religione, noto come divieto di \u201cchiddushei daat\u201d. Mishneh Torah, Re e Guerre 10:9, presenta questo concetto come segue:

Il principio generale che regola queste questioni \u00e8: a loro (i non ebrei) non \u00e8 permesso dare origine a una nuova religione o creare mitzvot per se stessi basandosi sulle proprie decisioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In questo blog, ci concentreremo non solo sul divieto di aggiungere, ma anche sul divieto di diminuire. Agli ebrei \u00e8 esplicitamente comandato di non diminuire le leggi date da Dio, come vediamo in Deuteronomio 13:1<\/a>  e Deuteronomio 29:28<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando guardiamo Rashi<\/a>\u2018Nel commento di Deuteronomio 31:1, vediamo che spiega solo cosa significa non aggiungere alle mitzvot (ad esempio, non usare cinque specie di frutta e piante nell'adempimento del comandamento del Lulav). Tuttavia, non spiega cosa significa non diminuire, poich\u00e9 questo \u00e8 cos\u00ec ovvio che non richiede spiegazioni: non ci \u00e8 permesso togliere nulla, nemmeno il pi\u00f9 piccolo dettaglio, come Alshich<\/a> sottolinea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alshich spiega che \u00e8 inconcepibile ridurre anche la pi\u00f9 piccola parte della legge di Dio, perch\u00e9 le leggi della Torah sono perfette e complete, e sminuirne anche solo una parte mina l'integrit\u00e0 dei comandamenti di Dio. Pertanto, \u00e8 chiaro che la Torah, nel suo complesso, \u00e8 immutabile<\/strong>. Il sistema della legge della Torah \u00e8 immutabile<\/strong>, e come Steinsaltz<\/a> note, la legge della Torah \u00e8 la parola di Dio, e poich\u00e9 Dio stesso \u00e8 immutabile<\/strong>, Le Sue leggi non possono essere cambiate. Questa \u00e8 l'essenza del principio secondo cui la Torah rimane immutata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E lo troviamo anche in Salmo 119:89<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per sempre, o Signore, la tua parola \u00e8 salda nei cieli.<\/td>\u05dc\u05b0\u05e2\u05d5\u05b9\u05dc\u05b8\u05dd \u05d3'\u2013 \u05d3\u05b0\u05bc\u05d1\u05b8\u05e8\u05b0\u05da\u05b8, \u05e0\u05b4\u05e6\u05b8\u05bc\u05d1 \u05d1\u05b7\u05bc\u05e9\u05b8\u05bc\u05c1\u05de\u05b8\u05d9\u05b4\u05dd.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Come vediamo ogni giorno che attraverso la Sua Parola il mondo viene portato all'esistenza, che gli alberi sono l\u00ec, che l'acqua \u00e8 l\u00ec, che tutto continua a esistere immutabilmente, cos\u00ec anche la Sua Torah rimane immutabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un esempio attuale di come le persone tentino di deviare dalla legge immutabile di Dio \u00e8 l'eutanasia. Nella societ\u00e0 moderna, l'eutanasia \u00e8 talvolta vista come un atto di compassione, che allevia la sofferenza altrui. Eppure la Torah \u00e8 chiara, come in Esodo 20:12<\/a>: la vita \u00e8 un dono di Dio e porvi fine \u00e8 proibito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12<\/strong> Non uccidere.<\/td>\u05d9\u05d1<\/strong>  \u05dc\u05b9\u05d0 \u05ea\u05b4\u05e8\u05b0\u05e6\u05b8\u05d7<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Ed \u00e8 un divieto esplicito menzionato nei 7 Comandamenti di No\u00e8:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nel Talmud, Sinedrio 56a<\/a>, i Saggi affermano che il \u201cBnei Noach\u201d<\/em> \u2013 ai figli di No\u00e8 \u2013 furono comandati sette comandamenti: l'istituzione di tribunali di giustizia e il divieto di \u201cbenedire\u201d (cio\u00e8 maledire) il nome di Dio, di adorare gli idoli, di avere rapporti sessuali proibiti, di omicidio, di furto e di consumare carne di animali vivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
