FONDAMENTI DELLA FEDE \u2013 11 NON APPROFONDIRE LO STUDIO DI PARTI DELLA TORAH CHE NON RIGUARDANO IL CODICE NOACHIANO.1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

C'\u00e8 spesso confusione tra i non ebrei riguardo a ci\u00f2 che possono o non possono leggere e studiare della Torah. L'idea che i non ebrei non possano leggere parti della Torah che non riguardano direttamente il Codice Noachide nasce da un fraintendimento del termine "scavare in profondit\u00e0". Cerchiamo di chiarire questo equivoco e spiegare quali parti della Torah i non ebrei possono leggere e studiare, e cosa si intende per "scavare in profondit\u00e0".\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I non ebrei possono leggere l'intera Torah<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ai non ebrei \u00e8 consentito leggere tutti i 24 libri del Tanach (la Bibbia ebraica, inclusi la Torah, i Profeti e gli Scritti). Questo include anche i commentari che spiegano il significato diretto del testo, come quelli dei rinomati commentatori Rashi, Sforno e Ibn Ezra, per comprendere correttamente i versetti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo apprendiamo da Rambam (Maimonide) in Le leggi del rotolo della Torah<\/a> 10:8<\/em>, dove afferma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUn gentile pu\u00f2 tenere in mano un rotolo della Torah e leggerne il contenuto.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ci\u00f2 dimostra che non vi \u00e8 alcun divieto di leggere i testi stessi, purch\u00e9 l'attenzione sia rivolta alla comprensione del loro Peshat, il significato semplice e letterale. Peshat si riferisce all'interpretazione diretta di un testo, senza addentrarsi in spiegazioni mistiche. Tuttavia, se commentatori come Rashi utilizzano elementi midrashici per chiarire un versetto, i non ebrei dovrebbero concentrarsi sul punto principale che il commentatore sta trasmettendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cosa significa "scavare in profondit\u00e0"?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Il termine "scavare in profondit\u00e0" si riferisce allo studio approfondito della Torah al fine di acquisire una conoscenza approfondita della Torah. Il Codice Divino (di Rabbi Moshe Weiner)2<\/a><\/sup> definisce questo come segue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c"Questo \u00e8 apprendimento solo per il gusto di acquisire la conoscenza della Torah stessa. Ci\u00f2 significa profondo coinvolgimento nello studio e apprendimento penetrante e investigativo. Ci\u00f2 include imparare a comprendere a fondo le leggi dettagliate della Torah, le ragioni pi\u00f9 profonde dei comandamenti o la profondit\u00e0 dell'intenzione delle parole della Scrittura e del Talmud, e non per nessun altro scopo."\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c8 fondamentale comprendere che questa forma di studio approfondito \u00e8 destinata al popolo ebraico, che ha ricevuto la Torah come eredit\u00e0 da Dio. Rambam (Leggi dei Re 10:9) chiarisce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNon possono approfondire altro che i loro\u2026 Comandamenti Noachidi.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuttavia, \u00e8 anche chiaro da Rambam che i non ebrei dovere<\/strong> studiare attentamente il Codice Noachide per adempiere correttamente ai propri obblighi. Come afferma Rambam, Leggi dei Re 10:1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUn non ebreo che ha peccato per errore perch\u00e9 non ha imparato \u00e8 passibile di condanna.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ci\u00f2 dimostra che i non ebrei hanno la responsabilit\u00e0 di comprendere appieno i loro comandamenti. Nell'ambito pi\u00f9 ampio del Codice Noachide, un pio gentile pu\u00f2 (e dovrebbe)<\/strong> impegnarsi nella penetrazione3<\/a><\/sup> apprendimento investigativo, che comprende l'esplorazione dei dettagli intricati e del ragionamento alla base di questi comandamenti.4<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La distinzione: cosa possono studiare in modo approfondito i non ebrei?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La distinzione sta nel Codice Noachide<\/strong>, i sette comandamenti che obbligano i non ebrei a seguire le leggi morali universali. I non ebrei sono tenuti a comprendere appieno questi comandamenti e possono approfondire il loro studio, includendo l'esplorazione di obblighi logici come fare beneficenza o onorare i genitori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuttavia, non possono approfondire le parti della Torah che riguardano le 613 mitzvot, che sono vincolanti esclusivamente per il popolo ebraico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perch\u00e9 questa distinzione \u00e8 importante?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Torah \u00e8 data da Dio al popolo ebraico come loro eredit\u00e0, come affermato in Deuteronomio 33:4<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il popolo ebraico ha il compito di comprendere i significati pi\u00f9 profondi e le dimensioni mistiche della Torah. I non ebrei, d'altra parte, hanno la responsabilit\u00e0 di seguire il Codice Noachide, che guida i loro obblighi etici e spirituali. Concentrandosi su ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 rilevante per il loro ruolo, i non ebrei mantengono la chiarezza e rispettano la sacralit\u00e0 della Torah come eredit\u00e0 ebraica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I non ebrei possono leggere l'intero Tanach, purch\u00e9 si concentrino sul significato letterale del testo. Non possono approfondire aspetti mistici o profondi destinati esclusivamente al popolo ebraico. \u00c8 essenziale che i non ebrei comprendano appieno il Codice Noachide e ne approfondiscano lo studio, astenendosi dall'imparare le complesse leggi ebraiche che non li riguardano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c8 importante notare che gli ebrei hanno il comandamento specifico di studiare la Torah per il gusto di farlo, non semplicemente per acquisire una conoscenza pratica dei comandamenti. Questo \u00e8 considerato la loro "eredit\u00e0" e un obbligo spirituale. I non ebrei non hanno un tale comandamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questo approccio garantisce che i non ebrei sviluppino una comprensione chiara e pratica delle proprie responsabilit\u00e0 spirituali, nel rispetto della relazione unica tra il popolo ebraico e la Torah. Mantenendo questa distinzione, ogni gruppo pu\u00f2 adempiere ai propri ruoli e obblighi in un modo che sia in linea con il proprio rapporto unico con gli insegnamenti divini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
