I saggi affermano che questo tipo di cattiva inclinazione, ovvero consultare uno stregone, era potente e difficile da eliminare. La ragione di questo divieto \u00e8 che era praticata e faceva parte dell&#039;adorazione degli idoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se si riconosce che esiste una forza spirituale che ha un impatto su questo mondo e si inizia a usarla, il pericolo \u00e8 che si possa pensare che esista una forza e un&#039;energia separate, indipendenti da Dio, attraverso le quali il mondo possa essere manipolato. Questo approccio \u00e8 la fonte dell&#039;idolatria. Il Talmud afferma che, se non si crede in forze impure come il malocchio e altre cose di questa natura, esse cessano di esistere. Pertanto, allontanare le persone dalla convinzione che magia e stregoneria funzionino, significa di per s\u00e9 impedirne l&#039;efficacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il primo comandamento noachide \u00e8: non adorare idoli. Non \u00e8 permesso cercare aiuto esterno per raggiungere vari obiettivi, che si tratti di problemi medici, coniugali o di sostentamento. Consultare gli stregoni riflette una mancanza di fiducia in Dio e nella Sua capacit\u00e0 di aiutare a proteggere e guidare. La Torah sottolinea la fede e la fiducia in Dio come unico potere supremo, non ce n&#039;\u00e8 altro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fede nella stregoneria pu\u00f2 indebolire una persona e causare dipendenza da forze impure come la stregoneria, anzich\u00e9 sviluppare fiducia nel Creatore. Leggere il futuro attraverso l&#039;astrologia, la divinazione, le carte, gli incantesimi, gli amuleti e vari metodi mistici, cos\u00ec come il contatto con gli spiriti dei defunti o altre entit\u00e0, non \u00e8 consentito. Il Rambam (Maimonide) afferma che queste pratiche sono inefficaci e costituiscono uno spreco di tempo e denaro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il divieto della stregoneria ci ricorda di rafforzare la fede in Dio e di confidare in Lui. Bisogna evitare di consultare stregoni e streghe di vario genere e ricordare che le uniche vere soluzioni risiedono nell&#039;azione, nella preghiera e nella fiducia nel Creatore e nella Sua Divina Provvidenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fonte: Rambam Leggi sull&#039;idolatria 11:16.
