Nell&#039;ebraismo, questo \u00e8 <strong>non riservato ai mistici<\/strong>, ma \u00e8 una pratica spirituale fondamentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non si tratta semplicemente di dire &quot;Credo in Dio&quot; e andare avanti: si tratta di rallentare, concentrarsi e lasciare che sia Lui a cambiarti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. \u00c8 una caratteristica tipicamente ebraica?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Assolutamente. Mentre la \u201cmeditazione\u201d \u00e8 spesso associata alle tradizioni orientali, <strong>L&#039;ebraismo ha la sua antica pratica di contemplazione<\/strong>, radicato nella Torah, nell&#039;halakhah e negli insegnamenti della Chassidut. Si applica sia agli ebrei che ai non ebrei, ognuno a modo suo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Un rapporto personale con Dio<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ognuno ha il proprio rapporto unico con Dio, plasmato dalla propria personalit\u00e0, dalla fase della vita e dall&#039;esperienza. Sebbene esistano comandamenti fissi (613 per gli ebrei, 7 leggi noachidi per i non ebrei), <strong>il viaggio spirituale interiore \u00e8 profondamente personale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Come iniziare a contemplare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inizio <strong>piccolo<\/strong>.<br>Prendi solo <strong>15 secondi<\/strong> Un giorno per riflettere profondamente su un&#039;idea, come la grandezza di Dio o la bellezza della creazione. Usa un timer se necessario. Poi aumenta gradualmente fino a 20 o 30 secondi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non \u00e8 una questione di tempo che trascorri, ma di <strong>profondit\u00e0 e chiarezza<\/strong> della tua attenzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Quando riflettere<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fonti ebraiche classiche forniscono indicazioni chiare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prima della preghiera<\/strong> - IL <em>Shulchan Aruch<\/em> dice che dovresti preparare il tuo cuore prima di presentarti al cospetto del Re dei Re.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Per sviluppare amore e timore reverenziale verso Dio<\/strong> \u2013 <em>Maimonide<\/em> (Rambam) insegna in <em>Yesodei HaTorah<\/em> che il vero amore e il vero timore reverenziale di Dio giungono solo attraverso la riflessione e la comprensione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. A cosa dovresti pensare?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inizia dalle cose semplici del mondo che ti circonda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Il sole che sorge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il corpo umano e i suoi sistemi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alberi, stelle, vento, acqua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il tuo respiro, la tua vita<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Come in <a href=\"https:\/\/mechon-mamre.org\/p\/pt\/pt2608.htm\">Salmi 8:4 <\/a>: <em>\u201cQuando contemplo i tuoi cieli, opera delle tue dita\u2026\u201d<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La natura \u00e8 una porta che conduce alla meraviglia, se ci fermiamo e notiamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Un&#039;opera ebraica classica: I doveri del cuore<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In <em>Chovot HaLevavot<\/em>, Rabbi Bahya ibn Paquda (XI secolo) spiega che molte persone <strong>non contemplare<\/strong> perch\u00e9 sono distratti dal mondo fisico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lui scrive: <em>\u201c&quot;Persino le pietre sotto i tuoi piedi chiedono: perch\u00e9 mi calpesti? Io sto facendo il mio lavoro. Tu stai facendo il tuo?&quot;\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. La struttura della mente secondo la Chassidut<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nostra mente funziona in tre fasi principali:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chokhmah (Saggezza)<\/strong> \u2013 il primo lampo di intuizione<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Binah (Comprensione)<\/strong> \u2013 sviluppare e analizzare l\u2019idea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Da&#039;at (Connessione)<\/strong> \u2013 interiorizzare emotivamente l\u2019idea in modo che ti commuova<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Utilizziamo lo stesso processo per contemplare Dio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201c&quot;Dio \u00e8 grande.&quot;\u201d<\/em> (Chokhmah)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c&quot;Perch\u00e9? Cosa ha fatto?&quot;\u201d<\/em> (Bina)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>\u201c&quot;Cosa significa questo per me?&quot;\u201d<\/em> (Da&#039;at)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto pi\u00f9 profonda \u00e8 la comprensione, tanto pi\u00f9 profondo \u00e8 il sentimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Perch\u00e9 Dio \u00e8 cos\u00ec grande?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Non \u00e8 solo che ha creato l&#039;universo, \u00e8 <strong>Come<\/strong>.<br>I nostri saggi insegnano che Dio ha creato questo mondo intero con <strong>solo una lettera ebraica<\/strong>: <em>hei<\/em>.<br>Il mondo successivo? Lo ha creato con la lettera <em>yud<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In altre parole: ci\u00f2 che vediamo come di Dio <em>grandezza<\/em>, \u00e8 solo Suo <em>umilt\u00e0<\/em>. La creazione \u00e8 solo l&#039;inizio, nemmeno una frazione della Sua vera essenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Perch\u00e9 tutto \u00e8 importante<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contemplazione <strong>ci trasforma<\/strong>. Trasforma la preghiera in una vera connessione, approfondisce la nostra comprensione della vita e ci ricorda che siamo parte di qualcosa di pi\u00f9 grande. E non inizia con uno studio pi\u00f9 approfondito, inizia con <strong>pensiero concentrato e sentito<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Considerazioni finali<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La contemplazione \u00e8:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Profondamente ebreo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pratico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trasformazionale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Inizia in piccolo. Rimani costante.
