Mentre il suo significato letterale si riferisce al non porre un ostacolo fisico davanti a chi non pu\u00f2 vedere, la sua interpretazione pi\u00f9 ampia, da parte dei Saggi, si estende al non fuorviare o dare consigli dannosi a una persona che \u00e8 &quot;cieca&quot; in senso metaforico, ovvero ignorante o priva di conoscenza in una determinata materia. Questo divieto pu\u00f2 essere applicato in ambiti quali la legge religiosa, l&#039;incitamento all&#039;adorazione degli idoli, gli affari o qualsiasi situazione in cui una persona si approfitta della mancanza di comprensione di un&#039;altra per causarle danno o errore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il comandamento &quot;Non metterai inciampo davanti al cieco&quot; \u00e8 un comandamento specifico dato al popolo ebraico. Rashi, l&#039;eminente commentatore, afferma che in qualsiasi situazione in cui una particolare azione dipenda dall&#039;intenzione interiore della persona, e non vi sia modo per gli altri di conoscerne la vera intenzione, la Torah comanda di temere Dio. Questo per garantire che la persona agisca con integrit\u00e0 e timore di Dio, e non sfrutti la mancanza di controllo umano per scopi negativi. Poich\u00e9 si tratta di un obbligo logico, si applica anche ai Noachidi. Se qualcuno d\u00e0 un consiglio fuorviante a un Noachide che provoca un danno o una perdita tangibile (ad esempio, una perdita finanziaria in affari, indurre una persona a credere in falsi d\u00e8i), ci\u00f2 \u00e8 proibito. Questo vale per chiunque, secondo la legge generale di evitare il furto e di non arrecare danno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Sette Leggi Noachidi includono l&#039;obbligo di istituire leggi e tribunali di giustizia (Dinim). Dare consigli fuorvianti o ingannare qualcuno in modo da causare un danno tangibile rientrerebbe anch&#039;esso nel comandamento dei &quot;Dinim&quot; (l&#039;istituzione di tribunali di giustizia giusti) per garantire una societ\u00e0 retta. Il valore pi\u00f9 ampio di non causare danno attraverso l&#039;inganno, in particolare danno tangibile, \u00e8 proibito sia agli ebrei che ai noachidi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In senso pi\u00f9 ampio, preservare la giustizia significa negare le azioni false e rivelare attivamente l&#039;assoluta unit\u00e0 di Dio nella creazione. Implementare la giustizia nel mondo riflette il Suo regno e porta armonia. Tutto ci\u00f2 che esiste \u2013 l&#039;intero cosmo, tutti gli esseri creati, ogni istante, ogni fenomeno \u2013 viene costantemente portato all&#039;esistenza dal nulla assoluto per Sua volont\u00e0 ed \u00e8 totalmente dipendente da Lui.
