Il comandamento "Camminerai nelle Sue vie" (Deuteronomio 28:9) \u00e8 un comandamento speciale presente nella Torah. Invita l'uomo a emulare il proprio Creatore, come spiegato da Maimonide: "Egli ci ha comandato di imitarLo, che Egli sia esaltato, al meglio delle nostre capacit\u00e0".\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come pu\u00f2 una persona emulare Dio? Il modo \u00e8 adottare i tratti caratteriali del Santo, benedetto Egli sia: "Come il Santo, benedetto Egli sia, \u00e8 chiamato misericordioso, cos\u00ec anche voi siate misericordiosi; come il Santo, benedetto Egli sia, \u00e8 chiamato misericordioso, cos\u00ec anche voi siate misericordiosi". Questi sono i tratti che caratterizzano il compiere atti di gentilezza, misericordia, carit\u00e0 e l'aiutare i poveri e i bisognosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebbene "Camminerai nelle Sue vie" non sia uno dei sette comandamenti esplicitamente obbligatori per i Noachidi, \u00e8 un obbligo significativo per i Noachidi. Atti come la gentilezza, la visita ai malati e il conforto di chi \u00e8 in lutto acquisiscono un significato pi\u00f9 profondo attraverso questo comandamento. Questi atti diventano pi\u00f9 che semplici buone azioni; diventano un percorso di auto-annullamento, in cui mettiamo da parte il nostro ego per allinearci alla volont\u00e0 del Creatore e, quindi, camminare nella Sua via.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il comandamento "Camminerai nelle Sue vie" insegna che gli atti di gentilezza non sono solo un atto morale umano, ma un modo per emulare il Creatore. Camminando nelle Sue vie, una persona impara a compiere atti di gentilezza. Cos\u00ec facendo, realizza lo scopo ultimo della sua creazione: essere parte attiva nel perfezionamento del mondo e nell'esaltazione dell'onore di Dio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dio, la cui grandezza e infinit\u00e0 non possono essere comprese da un essere umano, offre a ogni persona il privilegio di emularLo e camminare nella Sua via. Mentre ci avviciniamo a Rosh Hashanah, un momento in cui tutte le creature vengono giudicate per le loro azioni, il significato profondo delle nostre azioni diventa chiaro. Aggiungendo pi\u00f9 atti di bont\u00e0 e gentilezza alle nostre vite, possiamo contribuire a garantire un buon verdetto e un nuovo anno benedetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
