Il testo dice che solo Giacobbe rotol\u00f2 via la pietra, mentre gli altri pastori non ci riuscirono. A prima vista, questo sembra strano: se la pietra \u00e8 troppo pesante, perch\u00e9 Giacobbe riusc\u00ec a spostarla quando tutti gli altri non ci riuscirono?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I maestri chassidici ci aiutano a comprendere che non si tratta affatto di forza fisica. Il pozzo non nutre solo i propri greggi, ma scorre verso l&#039;esterno, offrendo guida, saggezza e benedizione a coloro che li circondano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo ci ricorda che le sfide, siano esse interne o esterne, non si superano solo con lo sforzo individuale. La forza deriva da <strong>azione intenzionale associata alla responsabilit\u00e0 collettiva<\/strong>. E quando ci\u00f2 accade, ci\u00f2 che un tempo era bloccato e stagnante pu\u00f2 fluire liberamente, portando vita e benedizione ben oltre la sua fonte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il pozzo, la pietra e l&#039;acqua diventano una metafora per il presente: gli ostacoli possono essere superati, ma solo quando agiamo con chiarezza, determinazione e unit\u00e0.
