Ik herken in dit hoofdstuk van de Psalmen een diepgaande boodschap van onderwijs en lofprijzing voor wat God werkelijk voor ons kan doen als we Hem in gebed aanroepen. Wat mij in dit hoofdstuk van de Psalmen opviel, waren de verzen 13 tot en met 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoewel de tekst van het vers zich richt tot Isra\u00ebl, als een natie die een licht voor alle naties moet zijn, valt er voor de hele schepping iets te leren van de overvloedige barmhartigheid van de Almachtige.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verwarm de oven voor op 162 graden Celsius (325 graden Fahrenheit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vet een muffinvorm in met kokosolie of plantaardige olie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meng in een grote mengkom amandelmeel, baksoda, zout, kaneel en kardemom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meng in een aparte kom de honing, vanille en eieren goed door elkaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voeg bosbessen (of ander fruit naar keuze) toe aan het eimengsel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voeg het eimengsel toe aan het bloemmengsel en meng alles goed door elkaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vul elk vakje van de muffinvorm gelijkmatig, tot bijna aan de rand van elk vormpje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bestrooi elke muffin met een snufje chiazaad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bak gedurende 18 tot 20 minuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Om te controleren of de muffins gaar zijn, prik er met een tandenstoker of botermesje in om te controleren of het beslag nog vochtig is.<\/p>
