De Rebbe antwoordde: &quot;Heb je jouw zonden ook onder voorwaarden begaan?&quot;\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rabbi Aryeh Levin stond bekend als de Tzadik (rechtvaardige) van Jeruzalem. Hij en zijn verloofde waren straatarm toen ze trouwden. V\u00f3\u00f3r hun bruiloft zei hij tegen Tzipora Chana: &quot;Het is in Jeruzalem gebruikelijk dat een bruidegom zijn bruid een geschenk geeft en dat zij er een aan haar bruidegom geeft. Maar wat kunnen wij doen, aangezien we allebei wees zijn en ons geen geschenken kunnen veroorloven?&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLaten we elkaar dus een cadeau geven dat geen geld kost.\u201d. <a><\/a>Laten we elkaar beloven dat we tijdens ons huwelijk gul en vergevend tegenover elkaar zullen zijn.
